Good, I'm glad - considering there will be no future patches for SSB4 for 3DS/Wii U. There's top-tier characters (ZSS, Sheik etc.), and then there's just the broken. Good job, Spain.
If Mario Party was the Mario Party of old, that percentage would be much higher. That once great franchise has well and truly been buried with its last several iterations...
Yeah some of the narrators chosen are questionable decisions (two of them really grind my gears), but if you can try and swallow that tough pill it's a pretty nice watch on a long bus/train ride!
@Manjushri As you may have seen from my entry, I adore Gold/Silver/Crystal (2nd gen) so much. Personally, they're the most complete iterations of the franchise. Go with them (or at least their DS remakes)
@BulbasaurusRex I thought the same thing about Ash treating Mewtwo like a complete stranger in the Genesect movie. However, if you watch the newer episodes, you'll find that Ash is a complete newbie to everything (bewildered as to why electric attacks don't affect grass-type Pokémon and so forth). Therefore, it's arguable that the reason for Ash's ignorance is due to them trying to target a newer and younger audience. They want to have them "learn" together with Ash throughout his journeys, much like we did when we were younger. I was confused and slightly annoyed at first too, but then it all made sense - you can't expect them to catch up on 1000+ episodes!
A great and thorough review. Having played every Zelda - and TP being my absolute favourite - I'm super-stoked to find more reasons to replay this game. Sure, the visuals aren't as dramatically enhanced compared to that of the 3DS' OoT and MM and the Wii U's WW, but it certainly looks crisp enough to warrant another play-through - especially if you've never visited the title before.
I think it's most likely not going to be a new entry (if it is that'd be a poor decision), but something more along the lines of a collector's edition (containing all four Smash games in one set), or Smash 4 with all DLC unlocked with the inclusion of the 3DS version's exclusive levels and features.
I was skeptical at first, but I surprisingly enjoyed that. Most of it was okay to understand, and although the challenge could be viewed as pointless, his dedication is admirable!
@DoctorWily I've always said this too, but often been replied to with somewhat vague/uninterpretable answers from hardcore theorists. Not sure if there is an official answer?! I'd love it if Zelda U was placed immediately before WW/after OoT for this very reason!
@cheesesteak7 I think Nintendo just created this version to specifically highlight their latest releases since the last original console game (the one that kicks-off the timeline) - Skyward Sword. OoT, MM, WW, and TP are in the graphic (albeit their remasters), so definitely not!
@Baker1000 I could've sworn that the sound clip of the Poké Ball being thrown changed if you did that! Or it was probably my overreactive imagination as a child...
To be fair though, I caught a Lugia in my first attempt with a Poké Ball doing that "trick"!
@chiefeagle02 Me too!! The closest thing they've done to anything Nintendo is their Sonic the Hedgehog series (that being Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles - which are extremely hard to find for regular retail value at the moment). Guess Nintendo just didn't want to partner with them...
@Spin So instead of saying "Are you out or in?", I've added newcomer Corrin's name there (to replace "or in")! It's lost its so-called "magic" now that I've had to explain it though...
Bayonetta's inclusion didn't wow me (the character doesn't really do anything for me although I've played the games), but overall I'm happy that she's in as she rightfully deserves a spot on the roster.
As for Corrin - it's funny to think that the likes of Waluigi, Ghirahim, and Sceptile were once shunned upon because of the notion of there being "too many" characters already from each respective franchise. I'm on the side of the fence of those who didn't want a new swordsman - let alone a new swordsman from FE. I appreciate the interesting mechanics implemented into Corrin, but I'd have much rather preferred a classic first or third party character over a new one from an upcoming game.
I'll just dress my Mii as Knuckles and live the dream through that

I feel forced to like and comment on everything just because the recipient and I gain coins and points for doing so.
It's definitely a nice visual experience though, but just a bit random.

@BertoFlyingFox Hmm I beg to differ, I suggest you do! HG and SS were awesome, but for me nothing beats the originals (particularly Crystal).
