BOTW2 will be a system seller. If they release it for switch this year I guess that means that the switch will be around until 2024/5. I can't imagine they will put out new hardware without a game like this at launch.

I've tried to play yoshi's island a couple times but it never hooked me. The art style is amazing though.

Super Mario World is definitely my favorite. It had the perfect level of difficulty.

I wonder why they adjusted the wall climbing ability.

All of us WiiU owners need to accept the possibility that we won't get a new Mario kart until the next Nintendo system comes out.

Splatoon 2 and smash ultimate. My son thinks he's better than me in smash now. Have to teach him a lesson.

I've noticed that some people think the running speed for the characters has been increased. Have we gotten any official word on this or is it just speculation based on the trailers?

I play it on pc and Xbox.

I love 3D world but I may wait and see how much content is in the expansion. I don't want to pay $60 for an hour of gameplay

I totally agree. I prefer the platforming instead of exploration.

And now I'm convinced to double dip!

How would they convince all of the casual gamers and parents to buy it?

I agree that it is over priced on switch but I think all of the newer Mario games are too easy. Including odyssey.

I played the N64 version a ton. They should just give us some ports.

I played the same games as last year......

I wonder how many people actually play these games more than once.

Overwatch on PC. I'm trying to make the jump from console to PC for shooters. It's like learning all over again. I can barely walk around...

I think both make a good on the go game. Super paper Mario is very different but other than that it's just two turn based rpgs.

I really enjoyed Pikmin 3 on WiiU. The gamepad plus Wii remote controls were great. But i miss the strict time constraints from the first game. That was an enjoyable challenge.

I think it's a great game for the open world/collectible style. I personally prefer 3D world/land because they are more like 2d Mario. I like jumping......

Can't wait to hop back in. Will probably get destroyed....

Yeah. It's a popular game to hate. I think it's a great game. but I hate the ghosts in the Halloween update!

It's okay if you play a 1v1 with no items against someone that lives close to you. It still has lag but it won't ruin the match.

I love this game but I got so frustrated with the train part.

Good point. Another theory is that it was heavily centered around the WiiU gamepad and was scrapped or is being reworked.

Does this port prove that Pikmin 4 was actually the spinoff 3ds game? It seems like they'd release a new one if it existed.

@rjejr Yeah. I wish they would add some DLC to MK8. I think you are correct though. They'll hold off on a new Mario kart to line up with a hardware launch.

Good point. I think if we get another Mario or Zelda game on switch then it will be a few years before they launch new hardware. I don't see them releasing a new system without a popular game.

I think Bowser's inside story is better than all of these. Not a paper Mario game but aside from the art style I don't see much difference between the ML and paper games.

Not sure. I just think it would be interesting to take it in a new direction.

I would like it if Nintendo transformed the series into something like Halo. And add a few multiplayer modes!

Great game for people who missed it on WiiU. I don't think I'll be double dipping on this one.

It seems like Nintendo is focusing too much on the art style/graphics of this series (and yoshi).
