15/18, those older 2d ones really got me, but I guess they're not as distinct in terms of immersion as games like galaxy or 64.

I mean those would make sense for the fall, a sort of harvest/halloween update.

It was good and all, but the shift from hyper excitement when I saw the beginning of the title to reading the rest of it was just painful.

@OYUMN I know but even so, having Inkling, Ken, Terry, Pkmn Trainer, and Kazooie so front and center does overdo it a bit for me.

@JR150 Seconded, as someone else who spent dozens of hours on so much of this game. It's what is making me plan to get Persona 5 as soon as I can.

@Likethepear Some theories I have heard are more akin to you help build those structures (museum, shops, etc.) and once that's done the characters inhabiting them will arrive to run the functions. While I would also prefer having them built from early on it does sound better than none at all.

@Giygas_95 I would add Yoshi's Wooly World to that list since I much prefer so many aspects of that over Crafted World.

I've been getting more of the add-on parts now that they're so cheap just because I like collecting them and they really do look good.

The only think I'm kind of worried about is the fact that if you get separate joycons for the specific games that need it, you'll also have to get something to charge them with since they don't connect to the system itself.

I feel that a lot of people getting mad about this aren't actually upset about the fact that not every single pokemon is in the game, but more that the specific pokemon that they want aren't there. Even if all of the approximately 1000 different pokedex entries were there, would you really catch all of them? Would you use all of them? Getting this heated about it isn't going to change anything, and yet people still think that if they yell loud enough they can get the entire game overhauled into what they want it to be.

I hope this means all of the old characters are still there to some extent at least, like Reese, Blathers, Pete, Etc.

Seems like it will be better for enjoying the stages rather than the fights.

I'm playing that classic game of studying for finals. However, as soon as I get home Monday evening, I'm smashing for hours.

I predict we'll be getting another direct in late january for a bunch of next year's games, they might tease the first dlc character then.

People really seem to be forgetting that THIS IS NOT GEN 8! THIS IS NOT PERMANENT. It's meant to bring people from pokemon go who may or may not have a switch into the main series. It was never advertised as the Dark Souls of Pokemon games. If you don't want it, don't get it, but don't hate it unnecessarily. Look at it as its own game, rather than the Sonic '06 type transition for this series.

I agree with a lot of people on the gameplay, it's not really pulling me in the way it could have. HOWEVER, I will be getting this game if only for the music. All the tracks we've heard so far have been amazing in my opinion.

Forget the gameplay, now I just want the game for music like that.
