just a little something, i noticed in the special edition page, the discription calls the mechs "skells" instead of of the west's title of "dolls".

i can hear matpat's mario timeline theory grinding to shreds....

when you talk about nintendo and its competitive potentional, it makes sense the things like smash and MK would come to mind. But lets not forgot that their are many more franchises nintendo could competitvely push in some uniqe way. While splatoon has the greatest potentional, lets not forget splatoon is a new ip. i dont think its quite ready for serious play just yet, maybe in the next splatoon game i hope. Another franchise they could push more competitvely(go ahead and groan i know their coming) is pokemon. It has its own WORLD cup, thats more then anything else nintendo could get involved in. I know its unlikely since pokemon international likes to do things on its own, but it would be nice if the big N gave its competitve sence more attention. Anyways thats just my 2 cents on the matter. I certainly see a bright competitive future for nintendo as a whole.

I would love it if we got a port of uprising or a sequel of some sort by a diffrent sudio. But i honestly think it wont happen. I just dont see nintendo finding another studio to make a game that mr.Smash made so perfectly. What i CAN SEE though is nintendo making it a series in the likes of the xenoblade franchise. A long time between releases, but HUGE and FANTASTIC. Because come on, Xenoblade we all thought was a hit and run deal, yet here we are with X. I dont expect pit at e3, but we will for sure see more of him.

Seems lego is pushing hard in the game industry lately. Just hope they don't get sloppy with it, i would hate lego worlds to turn into a failed experince(yes, I did buy the early acess and its good so far)

VERY thankful for this. I got done with the single player story today as well as reached level 20. Its good they're adding stuff now. but tbh the lack of maps at the beginning makes me feel i was cheated out of money. Even if it was only for about 4 days.

I'm not too keen on the U having its own team for its ports, but it would seem these guys know what their doing. I have faith in them. And hopefully the game will come at a reasonable price. As much as i want it, I'm not paying anything above $40 for this thing.

@Grumblevolcano I'm starting to think it will be. I would estimate that the wii U has until 2017 before NX comes rolling around. Nintendo said they want wii u owners to be happy, and i think another year will be how they do it. Star fox in 2015 with XBCX and splatoon. Nest year we get Zelda U, yearly mario game, and another title. I think a metriod consle will be a launch title for NX. and they will add something to link it with the N3DS to stop a VERY short life span. But i do think that if we do get another metriod in 15/16 it will be for N3DS.

i just can't ever get enough of this game. Was hoping for a release date though. Seems like they're slowly giving NA the same directs that japan got. So at this rate, it may be a while before we get the game.
