I've finally gotten around to fully playing Metroid Prime Remastered for the first time. I do own the original GameCube release but I didn't touch it much and now with this playthrough, I regret doing that. One of the best action-adventure/Metroidvanias I've played. Please bring 2 and 3 to the Switch/Switch 2 Nintendo.

Will it be airing at 2pm GMT? I ask because daylight savings hits us this upcoming Sunday.

@EarthboundBenjy The Fire Temple chanting is a different situation compared to this. They changed that because the chanting had to do with an Islamic prayer. With Tetris, they simply changed the music for the sake of changing the music.

They should've chosen a starter from 3 different gens like in Arceus. Out of the three I'll be choosing Chikorita or Totodile.

@TbobB That is true. EA has never really cared about Nintendo platforms and with the performance of the Nintendo Switch and hopefully success on the Switch 2, this will open their eyes and see that making their games and not half-assed versions will be successful for them.

I'm still curious about the version of Angel of Darkness we'll get on this collection. I'm wondering if Aspyr have done any work to it due to the original state the game was released in. Damn you Eidos Interactive and your deadlines.

I like Nintendo but they can't keep doing this. All those people who worked on the original project deserve just as much credit as to those who worked on the remaster.

Damn, that's cheap. Shame I just recently bought a Steam key off from Fanatical that was on sale.

@DollyrotsFan1 Sonic Unleashed as yet to be re-released on current platforms. I believe it is backwards compatible on Xbox.

@Mariotag We might not have had some great games recently, but Frontiers and Shadow Generations is the right direction in my opinion.

@Stephenr2190 If you're on about Nintendo? Yes they do. If you're on about Game Freak? Then that is an also yes they do. Pokemon is handled by The Pokemon Company which was founded by the three copyright owners, Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures. They just let them do their own thing.

@Yosti That's what I thought this article was about when reading the title. I think a slight title change could be useful here.

There probably hasn't been one and won't be one probably for a while because they're probably preparing for the reveal of their next platform.

Like others have pointed out, this isn't the first time the Like A Dragon/Yakuza franchise has appeared on Nintendo. The Wii U had a HD remasters of the first two games but only in Japan.

@DripDropCop146 You're right he had many people learning his style, but I remember reading that the one doing DBS he said is the closest. That's why he's probably fully doing it now.

Is all this art by Akira Toriyama or is it done by the artist Toriyama got for Dragon Ball Super?

Another game I'll be pre-ordering from America. From what I read the Switch physical is only in America while the PS4 physical is only in Europe. I'm from the UK and want it on Switch.

2026 for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake? By that time we've probably got the Switch's successor.

I'm seeing the release through Limited Run Games as more than a business decision as both are owned by Embracer. Why pay a lot to go to a publisher when you can probably do it cheaper with a sister company.

This is one game I am really looking forward to. Looks like a great Metroidvania coming from WayForward Games. I also love the original Yar's game back on the 2600 and I do want to check out the follow up games.

That Japanese cover is so much better than what we got in the west. I also love the name Mutant Warriors. This one is easy.

At least Pokemon's website directs you to where you can watch the season, or at least that's from my experience on their UK site. I was catching up on it a while back but then stopped but recently got back to watching the anime. So far I've watched all three seasons of Black & White, X & Y and currently on the second season of Sun & Moon via BBC iPlayer. They've also got the movies tied to them.

Dragon Ball is one of my favourite franchises out there. Sad to hear of his passing. I hope his friends and family are doing well. Not many can leave a legacy like his. R.I.P Akira Toriyama

People mentioning more Crash and Spyro but forget that they are Microsoft IPs, so there could be a chance where we don't get more of these games from Toys For Bob.

People complaining about the price, here's a question for your all. How much does the production of a game cart on a console that doesn't get official supported now, cost?

I was just on Twitter/X seeing this and reading some of the replies. I'm surprised a lot of people don't understand that a Partner Direct means 3rd party developers. A lot are asking for Mario, Metroid or even some Pokemon and I'm sitting here thinking, you're not gonna get any of that as this isn't a Nintendo Direct.

@Andee That's on console. On PC you could manually save anywhere across all three games.

@rainbowtick Peter Cullen is Optimus Prime but aren't they doing a story with a younger version of the character? Also, Optimus has had several voice actors over the years.

Like a lot of the comments have said, neither one of them are great but to me the Europe cover is better. Seeing that Rayman Advance is a port of Rayman, the little blue guys on the Europe cover actually appear in game and more suiting the game. While the US cover just reminds me of Rayman 2.

@JoeyTS I just want to point out that Sony does indeed own Journey. The copyright is owned by them as stated on the PlayStation page, the Steam page and even on thatgamecomany's own website.

@Magician Minecraft was Indie until Microsoft bought the IP along with Mojang. The game is no longer indie as it's got the backing of a major company.
