So another delay for switch 2. So those interested in the game will likely buy for ps or Xbox as most gamers have a second console. Poor sales will then affect the switch 2 version and then we will get third party games don't sell on Switch.

A shame all versions weren't held till the game is ready for all.

No thanks, most people have a second console. By the time it comes out no one will be interested. The game won't sell and people will then say third party doesn't sell on nintendo consoles.

Sonic racing came out on switch 2 today. All on cart minus all the dlc. However priced most places at 54.99 and £57.95 on amazon with 50 sold in the last month. The PS5 version is now £22 average most places. Sonic racing won't sell as it didn't release the same time and it's crazy priced!

We need third parties to put the effort in at the start and release the same time.

Switch production has been slowed down.

We want new games, as someone who has had all nintendo's consoles I'm personally fed up of the same game appearing on the next console over and over again. Hopefully this won't sell and Nintendo will start to look at their strategy.

Resident evil generations pack out the top 40 due to no stock. Capcom could have sold far more copies. Argos have available for anyone wanting to pick up from Thursday 19 for collection.

Often can be found in uk for under 20 physical so not a great deal with the above.

The price meant a day one purchase for me even though I probably won't start for a few weeks.

This game us incredible on Switch 2. Having it on full cartridge was a must buy for me. Hopefully other developers will take note but also nintendo will provide smaller and cheaper carts to get more developers on board.

Jeez let the game be out for a bit first! Yes we don't have to read it, but I'm that era where you played the game first and if, a big if you got stuck, you'd have to wait for the guide in the next nintendo mag.

This is fine, as the game is out in October so I'm not disappointed with the developer. Sega with with sonic shadow is where its disapointing as their fan base already purchased.

No new third party games! Of course they didn't sell. Most are lazy ports and game key cards. Cyberpunk will sell well as they put the effort in. It's not rocket science! Game companies will now say their games don't sell and not release games on nintendo consoles.

@Maxz we can comprehend. However many things are misleading. This is nintendos flagship game and says a switch 2 review. But yet why are zelda notes even taken into account. As that's not the game that's added bonus. Maybe NintendoLife should change the title.

Switch 2 edition contains switch 1 gamecard and then upgrade pack. This is becoming a joke! I'm out!

Wonder if development had started for a switch 2 game initially how this would have turned out.

Looks amazing. Yes it's expensive but we need to show that those companies who put the effort in and release a full package on cartridge which is a decent port it'll sell. None of this lazy crap.

If developers issue the game key card the game should be much cheaper.

I get full physical cartridge costs more but at least Cyberpunk has been done the right way.

I'm not liking the exciting for switch 2. Looks like my only purchases will be Mario Kart, Donkey Kong and Metroid.... and I'll just wait for more nintendo games to be announced for nintendos consoles. This is why nintendo games sell and third parties struggle as its always half baked.

What a joke. We really all need to ensure no one is buying these and make it clear we don't want this business model. This collectors edition could potentially be worthless once the servers go down and the game can no longer. E downloaded. Nintendo games sell on nintendo systems and this is the reason why.

Edit: I still have my preorder but starting to not be excited. Wii u version 2 incoming it feels. Cyberpunk so far is the only third party giving us some love.

Split fiction was readily available on ps5 for around 33 quid. All on disc. Why would I pay a silly price for a download code. Developers are getting greedy. This was going to be a day one purchase for me if physical. Now I'll just buy on Ps5. Nintendo games sell on nintendo systems as they are on the cartridge.

Most people have a second console. Porting them over now as a key card would be horrible. If the full game is on cartridge I'll be waiting with cash.

It's a no from me. Game keys suck and no upgrade option for those who purchased on switch 1. This is why nintendo games sell on nintendo consoles as some care has gone into them. Let's support those third parties willing to put in the effort and put a game on a cartridge for the price they are charging.

15 quid ps5 or 50 for switch 2! A game key as well. I hate the future of gaming.

I'm so disappointed with Switch 2 line up! It's Mario Kart and then Donkey Kong. It feels very weak to me. It gets even more disappointing when I think it's the end of physical games. Nintendo always had that one killer 1player game for launch.

£75 physical for Mario Kart. I really wanted the switch 2 console alone and a physical copy of mario kart but can't justify 45 difference in the bundle.

No idea why Rare / Microsoft haven't released Rare Replay on switch yet. There missing a great opportunity.
