Golf Club Wasteland does look like simple fun... and the price is right.

If the graphical performance is good... including 60 FPS split-screen... I probably won't be able to pass this up for some arcade racing fun.

It doesn't seem journalistic to postpone a review until a game is patched. Just review it as released. If it does successfully get patched, you can decide to update the review or re-review.

I guess I don't understand why someone would want a headphone port cover that large?

The Highlights section makes it look like Spelunky and Spelunky 2 are $9.99... Spelunky 2 is $19.99.

Inked: A Tale of Love may deserve some attention... hopefully it gets a review. Apparently the original PC release had some technical issues, but surely those are fixed now?

@Tandy255 I have almost bought the Afternoon Collection on Steam a couple times... but I am holding out for Switch... just makes way more sense.

I always hoped Venus would continue to be the better player... she is an absolute class act from what I can tell.

@Jeronan The Switch OLED is slightly physically bigger with regard to exterior dimensions (3mm wider)... shouldn't affect the case in this article... but could affect tight fitting accessories.

Super Mario Party is decent, just incomplete... Some of the boards are very uninspired and there simply needs to be more of them.

Still worth it if you know people who are into it, especially at the sale price, but still disappointing.

Not sure how I feel about the Donk course being all Par 3 holes... but I will check it out tonight.

If the updates keep coming, this will be a great game... as much as I love Mario Golf, I don't play it that often and still the courses are getting old quick.

There needs to be way more Mushroom Kingdom style courses (like the 3DS game)... hopefully they are forthcoming.

I have no interest in this game, but I will never forget being on vacation at the beach when it released in 2016... I didn't know about it and I was so confused why everyone was walking around with their phones out and talking about Pokemons.

Still going after 5 years is impressive...

@Ear_wiG I think I saw that the game received another update recently, but I have no idea if it addresses any performance issues... probably not.

I checked the Steam link and the game can not be purchased there... it appears that the devs removed it and plan to re-release it, with improvements... This probably coincides with the Switch release?

It seems like there is more to this story which would make for an interesting article.

I would love a Bushido Blade style, "one-hit kill" no life-meter weapon fighting game to come to Switch. Even a port of the pretty good Deadliest Warrior games would be fine.

I just bought this yesterday on sale... The occasional performance issues are worse than expected at this point... they aren't frequent, but it's really unfortunate in a game that is about "flow".

@nhSnork If the cut off is days away from payday, use a credit card to get all of the super discounts, and pay it off immediately when your paycheck arrives. I am not advising that you rack up credit card debt, but use it to your advantage.

Quality/reliability is way more important than read/write speed... unless you are recording extremely high resolution and bit-rate video, then you need both.

That's what I was afraid... this was a "maybe on sale" wishlist item... but the performance issues make it a "definitely not".

If you have any interest in this game and no way (or interest) to play it on a more powerful machine, you should give it a shot.

I play this on PC with a friend who lives across the country now and tag-teaming the missions while chatting via headset is quite enjoyable.

Also, as others have stated... SnowRunner has WAY more things to do than MudRunner.

Why in the world wouldn't they find something for Skyward Sword Link to activate... maybe any Link, just because.

I don't care about this game... or amiibo... but they could easily find something for the Link amiibo so people don't feel pretty screwed.

I suppose that could be useful for long-term storage with archive quality discs... but a HDD would be far more useful for most?
