Re: Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore Will Be Censored On Switch

HobbitGamer

@SwitchForce "Put this way the US Constitution does give the Freedom of Expression so games fall into that and whether one wants Censorship or not has to no right to make anything Censor for that reason. And as other mentioned it's the buyers to buy or not just like me. If you make light of Censorship more buyers will buy it just the opposite result. Just like Book banning what did that do-more people bought the book."

Reads like book banning worked on you, actually

Re: And Just Like That, Fortnite Is No More

@gamefreak77 Not sure if serious

Good marketing, I’ll have to jump back in and give it a go once it comes back. I think it’s done very well with the free to play model it has. Anything you buy doesn’t change the game or place buyers on a higher gameplay level. For all the hate it gets, I think it’s actually pretty fun.

Re: Mario Kart Tour's Diddy Kong Pack Costs £39, The Same Price As Mario Kart 8 Deluxe On Switch

HobbitGamer

As other have said, you can get Diddy for free. As in, the same amount it cost to download and play the game. I've played Tour, Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, and Super Mario Run without spending anything. Just like I'm playing Asphalt 9, Kirby, Fallout Shelter, Pokemon Rumble, Fortnite, Paladins, Warframe, Gem Quest all free.
This isn't some new thing. The hand-wringing is so strong that small fires are breaking out.

Re: UK Doctors Can Now Refer Young Patients To Be Treated For Video Game Addiction

Man, these articles really bring out the armchair physicians. Believe it or not, anyone that partakes in an activity to the detriment of their own well-being could in fact benefit from CBT and other structured changes.
But that's none of my business, I'll just go back to auditing these charts at the agency I work for that serves mental health/substance abuse/intellectual disabilities.
