@bimmy-lee Scaly custard from toothy green dog testes. Hunt toothy, take to willage, show elder. Elder give many mud. This night, willage sing dance. Eat scaly custard, pick three mens to eat first. Nitnedo watch this, make game.
These comments are a hoot. Nevermind that a company is actively communicating what they are planning to do, or that they are attempting to show active involvement in moderating the player base; Folks are either upset because they don't read, or because they think it's mean.
This recent statement makes it clear that GungHo knows about a connection issue, is working to resolve it, and is able to differentiate it from bad actors.
It's pretty simple. Don't be a jerk. If you act like a jerk, people can report you. If GungHo checks out the reports and logs, they can determine to do something you agreed is their right.
Some of y'all need reading pointers. The blurb clearly points out that user reporting triggers the team to check out stuff. You really think there's hundreds of employees just sitting around watching your matches live, like some hall monitor?
Hot Pursuit Remake was fun. I think I enjoyed Rivals better, though. And I'd really just like Shepard on Switch, if for nothing else than to undock it, stare at someone, and say that I should go.
Oh cool, hackers found what a GameShark Pro could have told you back in the day. Also, that dev is a scrub; All the medallions but no skulltulas? For shame.
@MeowMeowKins Clearly you haven't 'interneted enough'. Mario's Nipplegate was a big thing on the internet. So, asking why his nipples aren't here is a humorous play on that.
I don't see Sunshine happening. We'd likely get Hotel Mario before that.
@Trajan I probably shouldn't, but I'm going to ask anyway, because I'm genuinely curious; How is Sony supporting terrorism? I ask this because if true it would be an interesting hill to flag, knowing full well that many, if not all, consumer electronics companies source materials and components made through use of unethical, immoral, and/or inhumane practices. Including whatever device you're currently using, namely via the elements used to make tin.
@Trajan Most 64 games on a SNES C run just as poorly, if not moreso, than on PS C. Just because it's newer tech, it still has to use an emulator to translate everything. It's not even worth the hassle.
@SwitchForce You're bad at guessing market trends. Also, what NES games on Switch have been re-mastered?
This unit definitely isn't my thing, but I don't begrudge anyone that wants to spend their luxury hobby money on whatever luxury hobby item they desire.
@NEStalgia @Ralizah Uh, the game is about a man searching for his lost love, only to slowly admit that he pushed her away in his quest for fulfilling the dreams of rose-tinted glasses. Not sure how that's 'pretentious', when it's an actual real-world theme. And saying that using platforming styles is pretentious just inherently means ALL platforming games are pretentious. I mean, is Tetris for sycophants next?
I would say it seems like Gone Home meets Goldeneye, but Goldeneye actually looked better. Alternatively, it looks like an alpha of Escape From Bug Island.
But.... People who have a WiiU and never bought this game now can't buy a game at a lower price because it's been out for ages! I'm calling Congress, this is an outrage.
@sixrings Dood, why even double and triple down on a petty insult when it didn't give you the response you wanted the first time. You can't even troll effectively. Play a game, have some fun.
Meh, they could have just made teeth more visible in the original icon and called it a day.
Where's all the users mad about censorship? I expected great things from them. Instead there's just shaming for seeing a reproductive organ resemblance. Looks like a pitcher plant to me.
@roadrunner343 Yup, Nintendo's developers are actually required to have taken Plastic Toy Quality Testing courses in their third year of college. It's a prerequisite for JavaScript and SQL Database Management. Only applicants that have passed this course are cleared for the second phase of the hiring process.
@Kalmaro You're just moving the goal posts at this point. And as far as IP, Nintendo has done they're own damage to it before. Hotel Mario, Wand of Gamelon, Virtual Boy. They're good, but no some flawless conglomerate
@Kalmaro Alright, if we're not including controllers... DS Lite hinge issue, NES pin connector, DS upper screen surround, Switch vent crack, Switch backing expansion.
@DavidMac Differences of understanding, but I'm glad you're going to be alright. I won't continue because it's not really the topic of the article, but stay safe.
@KayFiOS Same here, I've been working through games I started but set aside to play 'the next thing'. I still have an indie I got at Christmas and only played 30 minutes, an entire Batman game, and about 7 others I haven't loaded. And I'm in the middle of 9 other games. I still have to fight Calamity Ganon...

@kingbk I agree with you 100%
But you'd better pop an X Defense quickly.

Mr Gastrodon farm, cuts the watches out of all the pokeballs.

Re: Switch Co-Op Game Struggling Looks Absolutely Disgusting, In A Good Way
I think this looks hilarious. I'll be keeping an eye on it.
Re: Untitled Goose Game Is Getting A Free Multiplayer Update Next Month
Wait, all it does is add multiplayer? I'd rather have more levels as paid DLC. Or a sequel.
Re: Feature: Best Nintendo Switch Life Sims And Farming Games
Graveyard Digger (with the Zombie DLC) feels left out like a spoiled cadaver.

@Timmytron I'm a bit confused. You're obliged to pick on a dead person because a toy is region locked?

@rjejr The market in New Leaf was the same. It's the game's risk/reward system, it wouldn't make sense if there wasn't a 'bad run' pattern.

@NintendoByNature This because one should read about what they speak of before open mouth and finger types.
Re: Braid Is Coming To Nintendo Switch Next Year
@Ralizah Yes, The Witness was good, eight years later. That's like saying SMB3 has better level design and a more friendly UI than SMB.

Re: Braid Is Coming To Nintendo Switch Next Year
Braid is fun game when released in village. Go front times, back times, make copies of braiding man. Good fun times, many enjoyments.
I still be awaits for the theatre of block battling from behemoth chicken though.

I'm not a target audience for theme parks, though. I haven't been to one in decades. More of a county fair guy.

@Dog You're absolutely right, dropping a joycon doesn't affect its durability... Actually using it as intended is what does it in.

I'd like to try this. I wish the review touched on the basic question of how you could die.

"a sensor which detects when the console is closed so gameplay is automatically suspended and the unit is powered down."
Now that's on the same level as my fridge! Seriously though, this looks like a way to take a Micro, and make it more uncomfortable.
