@doctorhino @Shamrock Is the gameplay anything like Mass Effect's multiplayer, or more like Gears? It looks pretty nice, but it's hard for me to get an idea of it.

Sounds like I need to put this one on my list. I really enjoyed Everspace, and $30 isn't a rough price at all.

@doctorhino I'm not saying I don't hear you, I just can't seem to empathize with the outrage some have over it. I guess I just don't place must importance in it. I wanted it (more than a comparable product of a similar price), I could afford it, so I bought it. Maybe I'm just not concerned with a company's offerings always being 'consumer friendly'. I don't really view any producer as 'looking out' for my interests. I buy a product, use the product, and that's it.
I wanted the Mario collection, I bought it, and I like it. shrug

@doctorhino How is it Nintendo's fault if folks desire a product and worry themselves about purchasing the product? I'm not being rude, I genuinely don't understand.

Lay's Chips currently have limited edition bags and flavors. But for that, it's just business as usual.

@ummyeahnintendo I've had it about 3 weeks (maybe 4?) and I still go back to it at least every other day for a level or two. It's engaging enough to play just after getting off work, so it's good by me.

And before more people take Grubb at his word:

“EA has multiple games coming to Nintendo Switch and Mass Effect is definitely not one of them,” Grubb said. “Not yet, anyhow. If that happens, it won’t happen in that one-year window that they talked about in their last shareholder meeting.” Grubb previously claimed in June that EA would release a Mass Effect Trilogy remaster in its current financial year ending in March 2021.

Grubb has said it will, won't, might, probably, perhaps, may, not, at first, right away.... He also admitted that he "didn't realize that many fans still cared" about the series....soooo....

What happened, GrubbHubb? You've been saying since Feb 2019 that it was coming to Switch, repeatedly. Pffft.
This was the one thing I've been hoping would hit Switch, and I would have put some serious time on it. Insane amounts of time, like the amount of time some folks use Youtube on their Switch.

@JimmySpades If you own a copy of the game, it's not piracy. In fact, piracy is obtaining a good through illegitimate means, i.e. theft. Don't try and high road something that is a neat creative thing. That's how you end up denying laws of physics.

It wasn't bad business for me. I've been enjoying the heck out of it. I've not had any issues with any of the games, other than remembering I'm a bit horrid at them. That still hasn't tempered my enjoyment and laughter. Products come and go, I'm too fussed about real life to be bothered by the logistical choices a company makes.

I've actually played Ring Fit almost every day for 12 days. Feels good, I've had to bump up the intensity twice now.
