Finally something to spend them on. I'm assuming the exchange rate is still a pittance but it's not like I was using them on bloody Wii U games.

Hell of a week, I wish I had more time to play games... already bought the Xenoblade DLC, and both Bastion and Undertale are games I want to play if I get the time.

I do like Zero Escape and Danganronpa, but this looks a bit plain in comparison. Just kind of lacking in style and artistic design in general at least from the short trailer. Here's hoping that's just because it's early in development, and the final project will look much better.

Lasts up to four hours? The regular ones last waaaay longer than that.

Honestly, props to the developers for still giving you copies to give away even though your review was kind of negative.

I'm still baffled that people complained about the $10 price tag being excessive, but I only play console games really. I think most mobile games cost way more than $10 if you actually pay for all the features with their damned microtransactions.

One of my favorite things about the Detective Pikachu game was that it heavily featured newer pokemon instead of just relying on the originals. Glad to hear that the movie is continuing that trend.

Don't get Book of Unwritten Tales 2. The Wii U version was utterly broken to the point that the save feature didn't work properly, forcing you to beat the entire game without saving. They never patched it nor even apologized to fans complaining about it. NintendoLife's review bafflingly didn't mention it which resulted in me buying the broken piece of garbage based on their recommendation. I wouldn't put it past THQ to release the game on Switch without fixing the glitch.

I would have ranked Metroid Prime 2 and 3 over Zero Mission, but other than that this list is spot on for me.

Honestly I think this game deserves a 10/10. It's one of the greatest masterpieces I've ever had the pleasure of playing.

Considering they explicitly said mobile titles were designed to generate interest in core games on consoles, there's obviously going to be an Animal Crossing game on Switch to capitalize on Pocket Camp's popularity.

Positives: Mother 3 developers, interesting concept

Negatives: No western release confirmed, started as a smartphone game.

This was a good Wii game but the graphics don't seem to be updated by any noticeable degree. Seems like a lazy port for a quick buck, but I guess if you never played the original it could be worth your money.

Finally a decent reward, so of course only Japan gets it.

I love when video game titles are so concise and to the point.

It's pretty rare for the Nintendo Life review to be lower than the general consensus but hey, more power to you I guess for being honest about how you feel.

By far the worst Layton game, I'd much prefer trilogy releases of the previous 6 games like they did with Ace Attorney.

@onex The good news is I don't think these kinds of cons are going to work anymore, since Nintendo fans are no longer desperate for games like in the Wii U days.

Another kickstarter trying to take advantage of Nintendo fans for profits. After A Hat In Time, I'm not putting any faith in this.

Honestly this looks like every Nintendo DS RPG ever, only probably with microtransactions. Pass.

It's the virtual guns that need more regulation, not the real guns. Solid logic there.

The other versions of Okami HD are only 19.99. I'll definitely double dip, but only if there's no Switch tax for this version.

For those saying "something's better than nothing" you're technically right, but they aren't going from nothing to this. They're going from the far superior Club Nintendo to this.

Played this game, and I thought it was okay. It's a 2 hour interactive story, a decent one but not really 10/10 masterpiece material. It's worth it for the money, but this seems to really be overhyping it. I think anyone expecting one of the greatest stories in video games will come out quite disappointed.

I'm a big fan of the Cthulhu mythos so this is on my radar... but I'm skeptical of the complete lack of gameplay footage. We'll see.

Neat, I've been wanting to play this game.

Puzzles look cool, but that art style is a mess.

The problem I have with this is that the game was funded largely by Nintendo fans desperate for a new Wii U game. If they had never mentioned the Wii U as a likely platform (and made money off of that false hope) this would be more reasonable.

Wii sports was kind of a bare bones game as is, and it had 5 times as much content as this.
