I can hardly wait to see the Valentine's Day bundles in December.

Since I either already have or don't care about most of the games in this collection, I'll have to decide whether Rastan Saga III is worth $40+.

I heard cheats were removed. Is this true? And if so, will updating the individual games remove the cheats from those as well?

If all the games come on the new cartridge without having to download anything, I'll probably get the physical game. Even with a 1.5 TB card, I'm running low on memory.

Maybe I'll like this more that it seems, but right now I'd still rather have Zelda use weapons and more conventional magic like she does in the Hyrule Warriors games.

@Serpenterror I think Capcom still published Punisher on Genesis so I doubt the choosing of the developer for that port had anything to do with Nintendo.

BG&E2 isn't even coming to a Nintendo console. Don't you have Time Extension for articles like this?

@miwa The Punisher was ported to the Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) years ago. It wasn’t arcade-perfect though.

@Sparkus No. It's an enhanced port of a Dreamcast game that has a similar play-style to Panorama Cotton, a Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) game that was also released on Switch fairly recently. They have similarities, but they're not the same game.

I don't think this will be a problem for me personally, but there are people who live far away from these stores who I sympathize with. I can't say I sympathize much with those who just won't bother to walk a few blocks though.

Most of my Switch games are digital, but I also like to borrow games from the library, and I don't want the larger games taking up all my Switch's internal or SD card space. I don't know if Switch 2's lack of cartridges (or possibly other form of physical media) would be a straight deal breaker, but it would be a much less convincing purchase.

You can't even take screenshots in the game? At this point, I have to wonder if they deliberately made a bad port. Have there been any updates?

I hope this isn't censored like the Taito Legends port of Growl or the Arcade Archives port of Vendetta.

I hope enhancements also include analog aiming. I have this on GOG but it feels stiff.

If I can't find them, I can't find them. I don't buy from scalpers because I don't want to encourage that practice, especially when I suspect they're using bots. I'd have thought buy now that buying and pre-ordering certain high-demand items would require passing a human test.

I wish these could be bought separately, mostly for space reasons. Without external HDD or SDD compatibility, space on the Switch is rather limited. I heard it's compatible with 2TB micro-SD cards but so far I haven't heard of any such cards that work well with the Switch.

I wish they'd port the first three Mortal Kombat games (plus Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 and Mortal Kombat Trilogy) to Switch. Would they have to renegotiate with the original actors and actresses?

The $30 price tag is the main obstacle for me.

@thinkhector That's good, but the new ticket system is a real turn-off. I just want to buy a damn table, not a set number of points like I had to with the Wii Shop Channel and the Android version.

I almost chose the Japanese box art, but it looks like it's directly lifted from the NES/Famicom port of the first arcade game. That's not exactly a bad thing, but it does seem lazy to recycle art from another game cover.

Are first-party Switch controllers the only ones that are allowed to have rumble and still be licensed?

Hopefully this means The Legend of Valyerie is also coming. I've been settling for the theme on Pac-Man 99, but I want the real deal.

It looks again like they're going to eventually have every Koopaling except Wendy. Not interested. In fact, I wish I stopped being a Nintendo fan decades ago. All it's ever brought me is pain and suffering. Now I'll have to think of a new avatar.

I remember hearing a similar story about PlayStation 3 having a kill switch inside that would go off when Sony programmed it to. I doubt even Nintendo would be arrogant enough to assume their fans would stick around after one of their systems self-destructed. Besides, think of the lawsuits over injuries and property damage that would likely occure from the system "melting and shooting parts all over across the room."

I'm not gonna lie. It's weird. I try not to let it bother me because I can still (mostly) understand the characters without having to read the subtitles.

Awkward cobtrols aside, MP Hunters wasn't such a bad game.

As someone who's never really gotten into Lemmings, I think it's safe for me to pass on this.

I think I've gotten too used to twin stick controls to really enjoy a game where you only shoot in the direction you're moving. I need to be able to strafe and back away from my targets. I might give it a try anyway if there's a demo or a physical cart that my local library carries though.
