Here's an idea RCDMIAX can use. A game where you are panning for gold. The HD rumble would be ideal to simmulate the sloshing of water in the pan.

This is what we'll be geting instead.

I wanna know how much memory the NES mini must have inside it. There must be quite a bit if it can store all of those games with save states, box art and the rest.

If Nintendo stays quiet, the next 5 weeks are going to be slow with news.

I feel sorry for anybody who want's the whole set of amiibo cards. They're gonna cost well over $100 to find them all. And there's no way it's gonna be done without having a fist full of doubles.
It's a way for Nintendo to sell more cards than people want or need. I just don't like that Nintendo won't just bundle each characters 5 cards together, that way it's easier for people to get the set for the characters they want.

Does it reaally matter? It's not like these are going to sell less because of old artwork.

These games are old now, but there's alot people still yet to play them. So it's ideal to bundle them together, sell them on the Switch, and hopefullr y put the money into making a new game.
Also, trying to get the OCD scores on World of Goo was hard as heck in the a later stages.

@1Ignatius well, that might be need for all the PS4 and Xbox fans who feel dirty for wanting to own a Switch.

The amount that got plaged against what was the goal should suggest one of two things. Either the devs didn't do anything to promote the game, or people just weren't interested. If it was the later, then would it be wise to continue with the game when it could potentially bomb.

What I don't get is that Gamefreak could send a notification to everybody's 3/2DS that this is happening. How hard is it to do that.

This is where I start to wonder why Capcom let the Tatsunoko license drop. Tatsunoko vs Capcom 2 would have been perfect for the Switch.

II think it'll be best to go retail with the switch, although it has been nice to not get up off my chair to change games with my WiiU downloads.
Besides, with some of the downloaded games I don't play anymore, I can't exactly sell them, and I don't think Nintendo will refund me and take back the licence for them either. Oh well, so much for convenience.

@deathmart no, 90's arcade racer was being made by nicalis and pelican13. Don't expect that game to ever come out though, there's been no news about that since late 2014.

I maybe wrong, but didn't Nintendo reach out to 3rd party developers when they were making the WiiU.

Personally, I would rather watch the cut scenes spoken in a language that I understand, I don't want to be focused on reading text and missing out what's going on on the screen.

As for being a leader, what exactly has Nintendo been leading lately. Motion controls and dual screen games are pretty much done with, and their games aren't exactly pushing boundaries either.

Nintendo needs to do 2 things to be successful.
1 Make a console that 3rd parties can easily port games too.
2 Advertise the heck out the console.
The WiiU failed at both of these, and the Switch has a battle ahead of it already if the week hardware rumours are true.

With it being the 30 year anniversary of the first game, why don't capcom just update that.
Make all the characters playable, give them all their most recent move sets, an anime/manga art style, and online matches.

Well, with Nintendo shutting down the majority of the relay points, I'm not suprised they didn't move it over to the Switch.
I didn't really care too much for Miiverse. I just got fed up seeing so many people whinging about the admins.

Also, as much as like Street Fighter 2, it would be nice to get some of the other games from the Street Fighter series.
I like the visuals that Udon did with the HD remake though. It looks like they used the designs from the Street Fighter comics they made.

If you'reonly downloading VC and indie games, then 32 gig should be fine.
Thing is, who really wants to be messing around taking the Switch out of the dock every time they want to change games, or having to buy a wallet for their games when they go out somewhere.

I hope Nintendo adds the PM thing again, it was great being able to chat to friends when it was on the Wii. Since it was added to Miiverse, hardly anybody used it.
Also, I hope they add a decent web browser, being able to check for hints when I'm stuck during a game has been really helpfull.

Did Capcom forget that they have other games in the Street Fighter series? It's about time they gave us something other than SF2.

Well, once the WiiU and 3DS are finished, having just the one console to develop for should drastically improve the quality and quantity of their output.
With the European and USA branches of Nintendo being supporting roles in software support, that has to change. Nintendo needs to put NST back in the position of making proper games again. 1080 and Wave Race have been sadly missed for a long time now. And it wouldn't hurt to give them F-Zero aswell. Also, let NERD have their own projects to work on aswell.

I see O2 games finally put their games on permanant discount, rather than having them on temporary every other week.

@Henmii try doing a web search, I'm sure that or something similar wouldn't be too hard to find.
Also, I've read about this before, hasn't it been covered here before.

So, with the docks being sold 6 months after release, does that mean that the Switch will be sold without one at release?
Also, it will come in handy having multiple docks so that you can use your Switch in different rooms without unplugging it time and again.

What about Dungeons and Dragons, or Zen Pinball 2. Those are gret games.

The only way I can see the Switch VC being any good is if Nintendo can pull in the 3rd party support again.
Atleast I can still access all of my Wii downloads on my WiiU. Although, booting Wii mode is annoying.

I have a nephew who's been bugging his mum for a 3DS with Pokemon Sun for months now. I'll give this a try and hope I can win it for him.
Also, this is a real nice thing to do, and it shows that there's still a few good people out there.

@FargusPelagius You can view the site on your WiiU. Just go to the settings on the start page, then scroll down to switch user agent and pick Chrome.
I've not tested the other browsers yet.

It doesn't even work for the standard WiiU web browser, I changed it to Chrome and it works fine (the previous layout was slow and horrible to use). Tbh though, I shouldn't have to do change the WiiU browser, Nintendo should check that their sites work on their hardware.
Thinking about it, why should I have to go to the web site if I'm using my WiiU, why can't they just intergrate it into the eShop (and on the 3DS too).
