@Minchi187 I don't know how you would class TMNT Tournament Fighters as a garbage fighter, it's far better than something like ClayFighter, Shaq Fu, and Rise of the Robots.

I don't get all the negativity, this feature is clearly aimed at kids under 5. If you don't need it, so what, it's not like you're forced to use it.

Every CeX I've ever walked into literally stinks like a smelly old gym bag, and their bsiness practices are just as bad.

@JaxonH after all the waiting, Minecraft only got released on WiiU after Microsoft bought out Mojang. So I'm wondering if Microsoft were behind it being released on WiiU in the first place.

My local video store had The Fantastic Adventures of Dizzy on a plug through cartdridge. I played it a few times and enjoyed it, so hopefully Mystery World is just as good.

I loved Punchout on the NES. The only other boxing game that I played after that was Black and Bruised on the GaneCube, which was awesome too BTW.

The question regarding what gaming event would I like to go to, I answered with one that focused on arcade games aswell as console games, plus areas for music, skateboarding, bmx'ing, rollerblading, and wrestling.
There's more than enough gaming event's that include the comic book,film, and anime crowds already. I do enjoy those, but I would like to see some other stuff aswell.

I hope that nobody with photo sensitive epilepsy watches that trailer, damn that 16 bit flickering is annoying.

If I win a Switch, I'd give it to some kids charity.

I played the Wii version and really enjoyed it. So if you haven't played it yet, go get it, whether it's on WiiWare or Switch.

Well, this seems to be the kind of stuff we're going to be getting for a while now, in between the daily dose of Zelda BotW and NeoGeo.

@cfgk24 um, Wii fit U didn't help to sell the WiiU, I doubt a fit game will help the Switch.

Don't worry everybody, capcom will release the Disney collection, but you'll have to wait until Nintendo's next console. Just like we had to wait for Street Fighter 2 HD.

I don't understand why developers make these kind of statements. We already know it'll never happen, they need to actually say so and stop getting peoples hopes up.

When Ben licks the cartridge, that bit was too funny. I did notice that the guy working in the back didn't even crack a smile, life must be dull without a sense of humour.

Considering I have loads of Neo Geo downloads on my WiU from the the Wii store, I can't see myself double dipping on the Switch when I get one.
Also, just a shame Capcom and Sega aren't involved. The majority of the arcade games from both companies should be instant downloads.

There's no point wasting memory by forcing these on the UI if people don't want them. If these apps are optional downloads, then yes, bring them over, people can then pick and choose what they want, if they want them.

Nintendo could just put apps like youtbe and a web browser in the eShop and allow people to download them if they want them.

Friend codes are stupid though, it's so much easier to add friends using their gamer tags.

Unless you're a parent, what's with the fascination with the daily log? I never used it.
Also, with the ability to buy eShop games from all regions, I'm wondering if some indies will use that excuse to release games in their own region. It's a way to save money doing this, and if people are determined they will set up multiple acounts.
Lastly, Alex seems to be entertained quite easily with those silly noises. I don't think he would ever get bored of life if that's all it takes.

This actually looks fun. I'm just a bit dissapointet that Nintendo consoles are stretch goals for most of these crowdfunded games.

And this is why I never buy consoles within the first couple of months..

My local Game still had them in stock on launch day, and that was around 3pm when I went in to see what they had.
It didn't suprise me though, there was nothing in the windows to draw people into the store, and all they had done was squish the WiiU and 3DS stock onto one section and put the Switch display next to it.
If you walked into you wouldn't know it was there, PS4 and XBOX1/360 take up the most floor space and are obvious that's what my local Game wants to push. My local Game just don't seem to care if Nintendo are selling anything new.

Now the Switch is out, I can see hoards of hipster types playing this at some random comicon over the summer.

@NintySnesMan with you mentioning second hand games, it reminded me of CeX. They're on most high street's now.
Actually, CeX might be worth taking a look at on March 3rd. There's been a few times that I've walked by a CeX and they're displaying new games or consoles on release day. Yet they supposedly only sell second hand goods. It makes me wonder if they've got a supply chain of new goods, but aren't actually allowed to sell them as such because of company policy.

As somebody who lives in the UK, in my experience, I've found that the majority of shops put XBOX and Playstation in more prominent positions. Nintendo usually ends up in the corner at the back., and that's if the shop's stock Nintendo games.
Things are also not helped by the fact that Game are pretty much the only high street retail outlet that specializes in games. They took over Gamestation and killed it off, and I only know of 1 independent game shop, and that's a few towns over.
Places like HMV a some supermarkets hold a small section of games, and they'll only stock in what's popular at the time, and Nintendo aren't normaly on that list stock to buy.
Basically, if the Switch pre-orders aren't being snapped up, a good part of the blame has to taken by the retailers.

I'm not gonna bother buying VC games all over again. I will just play my VC games that I have, on my WiiU.

And this is why downloading games will seem more favourable if XBOX and Playstation continue to use them.

I really wonder what kind of legacy Tatsumi Kimishima will leave when he eventually steps down. Both Hiroshi Yamuchi and Satoru Iwata will be held in high regard for a very long time.

After getting three import games, I can see why they went cheap on having a MacDonalds party. Importing games isn't cheap, but back in the 90's it was really expensive.

There's no need to pay full price for most of those temporary discount games. They seem to be on sale every other week, they may aswell get permanent price drops on them instead.

Not one of those post's were remotely funny.

I don't think that those apps need to be locked into the OS, but it would be nice to be able to pick and choose what we want from the eShop though.
I use my WiiU browser alot, so I definitly would appreciate having a browser on the Switch

I use my WiiU browser all the time. Phone screens are too small and the computer in my house is usually being used by other members of the family.
Besides, what the heck are DeNA doing, I thought they were supposed to be helping with all of the internet side of things.
Hopefully Nintendo will have a web browser as a seperate app in the Switch eShop for people who want one rather than forcing it on to the OS.
