This is show is only for promotional purposes. Just like every award show it is there for people to be feted. Acceptance speeches only get 30 seconds That's life and how it's been for 50 years.

It's definitely was not too British I don't know where he got that from ( it's not slow or tedious and it doesn't have a bomb trying to give us a tutorial). It was just too Dinosaur Planet of a game to fit into a different series and genre of games.
