@Ultimapunch I love that game so much too. It's funny that people didn't get this upset about that game being $50 on Switch as well.
It's still $50 with discounts down to $25, which Red Dead Redemption will do too, because Rockstar discounts their games by a maximum of 50% when there is sales.

Why does the reviewer mention the price of the game in the "CON" category? That is completely irrelevant to gameplay and content. Oooofff yikes

And how is this a bare bones release? It comes with a separate stand alone game "Undead Nightmare". If they sold it separately as DLC then that wouldn't be that great. Too many outside forces are pushing on this review.

@SegaTetris it does line up with the market. Skyward sword (no extra content), Mario Bros. U, Pikmin 3 and Metroid Prime ($40 but no extra) are great examples of what I mean. And Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare is better than all of those. I value money more than most I would think since I'm someone who is homeless, disabled, unemployed and can't afford things. I just understand how gaming pricing works in the industry. It's selling very well.

If you mention the price tag in the review of a video game or movie as a reason why the game isn't good, then you aren't a legitimate reviewer in my opinion. It's strange that someone would mention that.

@Megame Switch versions of Wii U games don't come with extras. I don't think the age of the game has any bearing on how much it should cost. Just completely disagree with your arguments. But it's ok.

Red Dead Redemption is worth $50 alone for 100 hours and more of gameplay, with the expansion it's worth more. People who complain about this are very strange to me. I haven't heard any good argument about why this isn't a good price point.

That being said, personally I'll be waiting for a sale to pick this up since I have it for PS3, Xbox Series and Steam Deck already.

Nintendo charges $60 for Wii conversion on Switch, this is One of the Best Games Of All Time on PS3 and they are charging less and it includes the expansion.

I have Metroid Prime and Zelda on Deck too.... Because of emulation.

This should've been $30-35 at most. Won't get this until it's deeply discounted as I have it for PS3, XBOX Series and Steam Deck.

@YoshiF2 no, it doesn't. It just means that you have a lot of time on your hands to spends hundreds of hours on a game you don't like and then list things about it.

@PinderSchloss they don't ask for much money to play the game, $70 is nothing to play this game. And I'm homeless and don't have a job and disabled and I consider that to be a bargain to play for hundreds of hours. Nintendo was charging $80 in the '90s for games, so this is quite the bargain for much more game.
