@JohnnyMind the only reason they didn't for a lawsuit early was because it was too soon, obviously. They had to prepare a lawsuit which can take months. It isn't a quick thing to file a lawsuit in Japanese court. So 8 months is perfect timing. I really hope they get it taken down and delisted so no on can play it again, ever. It is prima fascia patent stealing.
