I’m shocked that this was the outcome, I only lost a handful of times, and won the majority of my games for Team Trick.

To top it all off, the match making was utter garbage during this Splatfest, several times I literally waited in the lobby for a solid 2 minutes. Nintendo Switch Online was a mistake.

@XenoShaun I had gotten mine from my first legendary core from that MyNintendo promo that was going on during September, I only managed to pull off getting 3 rare blades off of 20 legendary core crystals, and my 40 or so rare crystals gave me nothing but commons. I guess it’s back to grinding to try to collect the rest of them.

@SteveF I literally got her on my first try when I recently came back to the game after picking up the expansion pass. Most of the time luck is never on my side so I have no idea how THAT happened.

I have so many other Toys to Life figures, that it is plain clear Digital is the way to go here, saves me a ton of space, plus I get way more content for the same price as the standard physical starter pack!

I just realized the other day that Let’s Go and Gen 8 aren’t even going to hold a candle to whatever kind of crazy monstrosity Gen 9 is going to be. Especially based on the drastic difference between Gen 6 and 7.

One of my friends picked up the “Frequent Traveller” case a while back and I think it looks absolutely great! I like my Switch Launch BotW Link case too, but that one is just so much better on so many levels.

@rjejr I would actually disagree, most people I have talked to mention buying multipes of the Event Gift Boxes that Niantic does every once and a while (although there are almost constantly events now so there is almost always something in the shop). They generally give a variety of things like 10 Super Incubators and 10 Premium Raid Passes with some smaller things like incense added in there too.

I can totally understand rural players or ones with a lack of stops buying pokeballs, but the vast majority of players are most likely buying these gift boxes Niantic does and storage upgrades to their Pokemon Box and Item Bag.

I said it months ago and I’ll say it again, how on earth do people have fun experiences here. I’ve been to a couple TRU’s several times and have always been greeted by the same dirty, disgusting place. Not to mention the fact the employees didn’t know about anything they were actually selling whenever I would ask for assistance in finding an item.

If you need a place to shop for toys, just go to Target, yeah, it is not a specialty retailer for toys, but the employees there are incredibly more helpful than the one I ever found at TRU, and they aren’t overpriced (That’s another thing I never understood, why are you all over paying on stuff there when you can just go to Target or Amazon for way cheaper prices).

I pulled from a semi-common joke where people tease a well-recieved game by saying “If [blank] is so good, why isn’t there a [blank] 2?” It was more notable around Xenoblade 2’s release, ironically before we knew about the Torna expansion which is effectively Xenoblade 2 2.

I mostly agree with this list, but I think it really isn’t that fair to put the Ultra games and D/P in last place when the Ultra games are technically superior content wise to Su/Mo and then Platinum is 3rd, yet D/P is the very last?

Platinum is a good game, but imo that is kind of a drastic difference between the base and enchanced versions that you placed them in.

@justin233 Couldn't agree more, I watched the entire first season and thought it was terrible. Now, everyone is allowed to like what they like, but I genuinely don't understand the hype behind this show.

I remember seeing the original comic go up because some people I follow on Twitter follow the creator of the comic, and when I first saw it I thought, “Oh, that’s pretty funny.” And then I went to bed.

I woke up the next day to see Twitter completely obsessed with Bowsette.

I never went too crazy over Telltale’s games, but I can definitely respect what they have done over the years.

What upsets me more is the fact that all these employees got layed off without warning, and everyday ever since this happened I have read stories from former employees and their friends about how badly their lives have been turned upside down. Some people had even been employed for only about a week and are in this stupid tough spot because of a bunch of crazy executives who don’t know how to run a company in a healthy manner and were biting more than they can chew.

I wish the best for the people who recently lost their jobs there and I hope that at the end of all this that everyone will be at a happier and more stable job than what Telltale could provide.

Zeraora isn’t the last Gen 7 Pokemon, the Let’s Go games are considered to be Gen 7 and mainline (granted with the obviously new remake style), and don’t forget they are releasing a brand new Pokemon in Let’s Go.

In terms of that last question, while they most likely aren’t even planning Xenoblade 3 right now, a while back they did mention in an interview that they currently wish to switch between the main series and the “X” series, so in theory a Xenoblade X2 is next, or some sort of Xenoblade X Definitive Edition

In terms of what happened, I can't believe this dude actually brought his daughter along to do this, talk about child endangerment.

I am absolutely shocked by this almost 50/50 perspective people have on this situation, around 1/2 seem to think he shouldn’t get to play even the demo that has been floating around at Best Buys and Conventions, and then the other 1/2 thinks he SHOULD be able to get a chance to play a demo.

This guy is gonna die soon, all he wants to do is play Smash Ultimate even if it is just 1 round, just have Best Buy help out set up a demo session for him, or heck, if Nintendo is feeling especially generous, fly him out to Seattle where they can have a demo for him there.
