@Kaze_Memaryu You have a point, esspecially since Namco Bandai isn't even trying to advertise the game. I still think it have a chance though. Even though the 3DS is on the way of being one of the worst selling Nintendo handhelds, a fair share of kids still own the thing. With most kids liking DBZ and sports more than anything, I'm true it at least going to have a respectable amount of sells for a DBZ game. That and most kids don't know That and most kids don't know that Bandai Namco is a bunch of greedy business men most of the time.
@ColdingLight You really digging yourself an even deeper hole, aren't you? Well for starters, you're already making yourself out as a ignorant child since you started off projecting crap at me. Not only do I actually give a crap about my Wii U and ultimately regret even buying the dust collecter, but basically lost some fate in it and Nintendo in general. This isn't even about my hard feelings about my Wii U, so you can stop moving the goalpost now.
Not only that, but the thing that completely and utterly ignorant was the fact that you even suggested that at it current state. Do you have any idea how long it could take for this emulator to be accurate? Dolphin may have been a emulator that was developed quite quickly but that still took a few good years to work. That also only because the Wii's documents was leaked and allowed for programer to make a emulator, something that hasn't been leaked for the Wii U. Let's not forget that the developers is literally unknown outside of a few Wii Homebrew and doesn't have a team from the last time I checked. If the emulator even was to ever come out, it'll probably be a long time from now; maybe after the NX is in the middle of it life span. Also, one last thing, not even owns a powerful PC build. That's why your "suggest" was so ignorant it hurts, it because of how little thought you put into that statement.
And since I have time to waste I might as well explain why you give emulation a bad name. You're giving it a bad name by showing your complete and utter inconfidence when trying to make a point to someone by throwing petty insults at me and showing your ignorance when it comes to emulation. Now are we done here because I prefer no talking to fanboys that can't let the fact that some people are thinking about buying Wii U, PS4, Xbone, PC, or whatever just because of some blind hatred.
How the hell can a group of horny idiots be so upset over a small costume that is purely cosmetic and totally out of place costume is beyond me. I don't get how so many of them also pull the "but mah censorship" card because most games are censored in some shape or form to begin with, even some rated M games (just look at the Vita). This is probably going to be the last Fatal Frame game to come to the West too because people not buying it for petty crap like this.
Jake Kaufman is more than "the Shovel Knight Composer". He is a legend of music design by making the soundtrack of dozens of games like Shantae and Mighty Switch Force and a master at it. Anyway, the game itself is interesting although a bit confusing. It bing mouse based would make it perfect for the 3DS.
This is going to be interesting. I'll like to see what going to come out of this and the 3DS version, after all Mega Man 2 was remade in the original Petit Computer.
@RainbowGazelle What's wrong with the Japanese voice actors? You got to give some credit to the woman that voice Goku, she been screaming her lungs out for more than 20 years and she still doing it in her 70s.
I loved the demo despite the reviews, so I'll definitely be pre-ordering this. Not only love the Dragon Ball franchise since a child, I also love simplistic 2D fighters like Joy Mech Fight. The pre order bonus is a hell of a good deal if I've seen one. Hopefully if the game does well enough Namco will add an online mode just to make the game last even longer.
I might as well give it a go. Mushroom Hill (1-1) 7F1C-0000-00A1-E80F Only reason why I put a 1-1 after it because it's apart of a series of levels I'm going to make (1-1 through 4-8).
I wish people would stop comparing the game to Bravely Default. The art style asides from big chibi are nothing AlIke at all. This game has a popup style, not a the same hand drawn art style of Bravely Default. It not like Bravely Default was even much better than this game, it just that Bravely Default is basically the Golden Sun of this Era and only praised for being "good" because we live in a time where their is barely any regular old turn based JRPGs, esspecially on the 3DS. The same goes from the bland as hell story and repetitive gameplay.
@ColdingLight Oh boy, I'm sure people will switch from buying a Wii U to using a 1 fps a second, no sounds, poorly optimize, and crashed filled emulator that not even good enough to be considered to be in its alpha stage! Esspecially when this guy is unknown outside of making a few Wii Homebrew! [sarcasm] You're really are ignorant when it comes to emulation, aren't you? People like you give emulator developers and hackers a bad name, but what else can I expect from a community of neckbeards that will go out of a way to prove which one of their toys are better.
No, just no. Maybe it would be a ok deal if the game was still 60 dollars and included all of the over priced as hell DLC, but what the hell is the point of buying this pointless bundle when it won't even include the future DLC from the Smash Ballot and just a small discount over just buying most of the stuff digitally? Get your crap together Sora.
@break Exactly, the demo was everything but hard. The only thing that was kinda hard to understand is the level up system and how you gain new attacks, but you can easily figure it out just looking up how the game works. The only thing I can agree with everybody who doesn't like the game is the bland story.
As a Chibi Robo fan that still own the original Game Cube game and still play it to this day, I'm honestly very disappointed with this game. It was bad enough it was just a generic 2D platformer that barely has any charm of the other games and will probably sell even worse than Codename Steam, it also turned out to be the first mediocre Chibi Robo game. I at least thought it would be a good platformer, but all of the other reviews say otherwise. This is truly a sad attempt of bring Chibi Robo back and just a complete middle finger to every Chibi Robo fan. I guess this is the last good bye of the Chibi Robo series...
You know, it wasn't half bad. Wasn't at all cringe worthy like most video game raps are, so that's all ready am major plus for me. It actually got me to listen to the whole thing, something I very rarely do when it comes to rap.
Hopefully he knows a rom dumper so someone can dump it. Like it or not, rare games like this need to be preserved on a usb or a rom site (not nesseccary for privacy alone) and stored in a seal case where it won't collect any dust. The game honestly looks like a very good shoot'em up for the N64 although the ship could have been speeded up a little. It's definitely a game that would have been my reason to get an N64 as a kid.
I'm expecting a WarioWare game or a Brain Age game. I would love the hell out of a mobile WarioWare game, it just a type of game that can get so perfectly for mobile.
Besides Xenoblade X, Rodea, and maybe FAST, this line up is pretty sad. This is something I would expect out of a discontinued console like the Wii, not the Wii U. Just goes to show how far the U fell. Also, >listing multiplats
@amiiboacid The Digital Event was a big hit since their was barely any major Wii U titles announced beside Star Fox Zero, a game don't nobody including Nintendo fans don't care about, and #FE, a game that barely appeals to anybody but gigantic weebs like me. Don't quote Reggie dumb quote because I'm not stupid enough to think NOA will suddenly make E3 about the near future when their last E3 was about the opposite, it's just a dumb excuse Reggie came up with the fool people false hope to thinking the Wii U is still alive. When the hell did anybody say before the NX announcement "Nintendo is going out of the console business," besides a few people? That's not even in most people's mind when talking about the Wii U. What could possibly make anybody think that just because Nintendo haven't said anything about a new console? And the year with only 3 to 4 game announced for it is going to be a "hell of a year", because that sounds like a pretty crappy year for Nintendo fans instead of good.
@amiiboacid The Wii U is dead, as if the recent digital event, sudden NX announcement, and and there being no Christmas titles besides Xenoblade Chronicles X (not saying it's not going to end up taking Xenoblade Chronicles's crown of being one of my favoritest games of all time) wasn't a big enough hint enough. The Vita has a lot more games than I want than the Wii U like Gravity Rush and most of the JRPGs on it, so I don't care if it dead.
Nintendo has basically doing nothing as a of late (is it just me or the Nintendo news has been slower than normal just lately?) has all sorts of negative going on since E3 2015. Nobody wants anything to do with Nintendo until they show something noteworthy or something that's has to do with their future. Even as a Nintendo fan, I wouldn't even think about investing in Nintendo esspecially at their currently crappy statue with the 3DS money train coming to a stop the Wii U currently being deader than ever that it's getting to the point of making me want to buy a Vita.
It will flop horribly because even though Pokémon kinda lost it charm with kids because most kids will think the designs are terrible (do you think a farting monster is even appealing to anyone that isn't a furry that has a dart fetish?) and will think it just a rip off of Pokémon like Digimon and many other "monster collect-a-thon" animes/games. If I get proven wrong I will eat 2 pairs of my socks.
I have to agree, they were really missing the point of the series, but it doesn't make the idea bad by any means. The gameplay idea sounds like something I would personally really enjoy. It sounds like Sin and Punishment mixed with a open world shooter/hack n' slash, a combination since the was going for a melee cross run and gun weapon like in Brawl. I even kinda like Pit design a bit, but I still prefer Modern Pit better though. I would kinda like to see the game reimagine with the Modern Pit world and lore that stars Dark Pit. I would buy it in a heart beat if the add some action rpg elements to it.
It'll be nice if Namco ported some of the Xebosaga games to the 3DS, considering that Xenoblade Chronicles X is a sort of spiritual successor to Xenogears and Xenosaga (let's not forget that the original Xenoblade Chronicles X logo had the same X that's in Xenogears logo).
As much as I like my Wii U, it kinda hard not to ignore the fact the Wii U final nail on the coffin was the day Nintendo started to put more time into the previously failing 3DS instead of the ok-ish Wii U. Nother like Star Fox Zero wouldn't have done Jake crap to the Wii U sells because nobody cares about Star Fox besides the core Nintendo fanbase (My Star Fox phase set sails long ago after I discovered Touhou). Star Fox is just as niche as Xenoblade really, or even more considering that the last true Star Fox game was Assult and that game was medicore at best and the rest was completely horrible. Let's not forget to mention the current bad - mixed reactions Zero has gotten since E3. Point is nothing would have change if Star Fox didn't get delayed, it would just exist and nobody would care about it, it's the flowers layer on top on the coffin really. All I can do is Nintendo can do a miracle with the NX, but with their new president, I have a good feeling the game will change when it comes out.
Why do people think talking about Nintendo randomly patenting random crap means anything? I mean Nintendo and many other electronic companies would legitimately patent something write on a used napkin. The literally mean nothing at all, especially when the product in question isn't even close to coming out like the NX. I mean seriously what the point of writing an article on this.
@gatorboi352 And you-re forgoting to realize that even Apple fans don't even give a crap about Apple TV, and let's not forgot that most of their fans are kids that don't even know Apple TV is a thing. Don't get me started on the fact Android is getting bigger and bigger. This is the least of anybody worries.
@Ichiban Not saying MSGIV doesn't deserve this (not to mention to think a port is going to top Kojima's Kingdom Hearts 3 us remarkable stupid) , but are you really taking a stab at Dragon Quest only because of you not being to open to it art style?
Every time I see this game it just makes me feel incredibly sad that Chibi Robo has been reduced to a generic platformer that has no character or charm what so ever. I'm surprised nobody has been mad about this, this is worse than Federation Force because at least contains so Prime elements. This game is nothing like any of the previous and a complete turn off for any Chibi Robo fan. If Nintendo cared so much about Chibi Robo (which the do since he has about five games in his series) the Japan only game Chibi Robo game would have been translated by now and stop adding stop gimmicks to the series and just make a 3D collect-a-thon.
Even though I hate Reggie as a businessman and leader, he probably the nicest game in the American gaming industry. That is a sweet as heck thing to do.
Even though I really never been that into 8 bit RPGs, if it includes some more modern gameplay then color me interested. I'll totally be down for a retro throwback to RPGs, especially since there is barely any that aren't nothing but a grind fest/text fest and try to take in the improves that many future RPGs made.
Even though I'm not very sure abut the free to play thing, it could still be great mostly because Puzzle and Dragons pulled it off well and Bandai Namco will hopefully follow. So far iron looks very fun, the game play kinda reminds me of Xenoblade and Rainmaker mode in Splatoon.
@Calllack To be fair Nintendo never did really show off their games in commercial in Japan till the early 20s and the same goes for America. I personally think CGI commercials are for the betier thoughbe because they can easily attract a kid's attention unlike showing off random gameplay sinps and that can lead to better sells. The only downside about them is the cost to make them.
Thank god I'm not the only one upset about something as big as freaking co-op being locked behind a crappy McDonald's toy that cost about most of the game price. A thing as big as co-op shouldn't ever be locked, or hell game modes in general. There is no defending this bullcrap. But it always ok when some overrated indie devs/Nintendo does it.
@NintyMan So it literally locks something that should be apart of the game, and something as big as flipping coop is locked behind a freaking amiibo? That's MUCH worse than I expected.

Even though I hate Reggie as a businessman and leader, he probably the nicest game in the American gaming industry. That is a sweet as heck thing to do.
Re: Some Western Splatoon Players Would Prefer Not To Compete With Japan
Git gud. That is all I got to say, I destroy Japs on Splatoon daily.
Re: Nintendo Recruits YouTube Celebrities for Its Super Mario Maker 'Super Creator Challenge'
Seems the Completionist and Game Theory are head to head.
Re: Video: Fan Recreates Stunning Build Of Ocarina Of Time’s Zora’s Domain In Unreal Engine 4
Glad to see a Nintendo fan recreation that actually look good.
Re: Interview: Candlelight Studios and Bold RPG Ambitions With Untold Story
Even though I really never been that into 8 bit RPGs, if it includes some more modern gameplay then color me interested. I'll totally be down for a retro throwback to RPGs, especially since there is barely any that aren't nothing but a grind fest/text fest and try to take in the improves that many future RPGs made.
Re: Bandai Namco's Project Treasure Is Now Called Lost Reavers, Beta Test Incoming
Re: Cypronia Outlines Details For Extensive Cube Life: Island Survival Version 1.1 Update
This update is making me very, very close to purchasing this, I'm a sucker for fishing. Keep it up Cypronia!
Re: Video: Nintendo's European Super Mario Maker Commercial Heads to the City
@Calllack To be fair Nintendo never did really show off their games in commercial in Japan till the early 20s and the same goes for America. I personally think CGI commercials are for the betier thoughbe because they can easily attract a kid's attention unlike showing off random gameplay sinps and that can lead to better sells. The only downside about them is the cost to make them.
Re: Shovel Knight amiibo Confirms "Evolving" Relationship With Indies, Says Nintendo
Re: GAME Confirms Shovel Knight amiibo
@NintyMan So it literally locks something that should be apart of the game, and something as big as flipping coop is locked behind a freaking amiibo? That's MUCH worse than I expected.
