As someone who Kickstarted the Genki adapter and love it still, this is great news, I've wanted bluetooth audio on the Switch since day 1, thank you, Nintendo, better late than never
Thanks for the reminder, think this is one first party title I'll get digitally on day-1 instead of waiting for a sale or getting the cart since mutiplayer sounds fun too. Been enjoying this series since the originals on GBA
@JasmineDragon I looked at the comments just to see if someone said this already, because you're right, only portable phones would stop working when the power went out, but old wired ones like they're using would require a really bad/long power outage before they'd stop working, but maybe FIRE
The Dolphin Park stage of Wave Race 64 enough time to do a successful stunt run completing every possible stunt in the time limit, and going through every ring to unlock the dolphin you can ride on.
I made sure to carry my 3DS on the subway every day, and almost always got 10+ Streetpasses in a day, was fun to check. Also had a lot of fun with the Nintendo Video app watching 3D shorts offline on the train each morning...still wish Switch had that, though I don't carry it as much
Even if this is a remaster of the 1&2 collection they released, Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, it's a day 1 purchase for me, as those were the best two back on Gamecube
Totally bought Teal with my summer job earnings and took it on a family vacation out west, my first Game Boy after only having a Mario Game and Watch for portable gaming before. Mostly played Tetris DX My younger brother later on the Pikachu version and played so many hours of Pokemon on it of course.
I would have way preferred them release Virtual Boy Virtual Console titles on 3DS, which would have been the best possible way to play those titles and preserve the 3D...
First time I saw the space shuttle taking off was in Tetris DX on my Game Boy Color, which I bought one summer when my family was going to drive around national parks out west as our vacation. Before that I'd only ever played on other people's bulky Game Boys, but with my own, I had more time to practice, and haven't stopped since (though Tetris DS is the best one)
Please update this review if they ever do add proper ability to invert BOTH axis, cuz otherwise that's a total deal breaker for me especially in a 3D platforming game
This is really all I've wanted them to add to the system since it came out! I'd gladly toss my usb-c bluetooth adapter in the drawer if the Switch could pair with my headphones directly!
As long as all my tables transfer over, sounds great! Would be neat if they could fold in the Star Wars tables too so we can consolidate down to just this new app/game icon
So sad, it's such a fun idea, I kind of hope they just release it in a larger package with other Mario games perhaps, or in some form rather than it just vanishing entirely... happy MAR10...
Sega should just release the original Crazy Taxi on Switch, take the PC or Xbox version and port it over, I'd buy that in a heartbeat, regardless of the soundtrack
@kirbygirl it's not bad, really, perhaps updates have fixed the shadow casting a little, though sure, it takes some getting used to, and so you may have to fuss with it before making your next jump, but the game isn't timed, so no rush! Visual design is fantastic and so far it's a fun take on a Limbo-like game, esp if cheaper
It lets you drive a DeLorean, sign me up! I spent so long unlocking that in Horizon Chase Turbo Will hope it runs as well and maybe isn't as foggy as the gameplay video posted above
My first gamecube was black, though I had a purple wired controller, but then that was stolen out of my dorm on move-out day, so I picked up a Platinum Silver one using left over flex money on my university ID in the fall and it's still going strong!
Feel like this method for creating a trailer makes no sense, the game looked better on N64 than this trailer shows, and if you actually rendered the 3DS version in HD, it'd be much closer to how it would appear on Switch if ever. This guy is doing a MUCH better job showing off OOT3D running at HD resolution, and with HD textures: https://youtu.be/yB36JWnBvak

Re: Random: This Amateur Coder Is Creating The 'GBA Remix' Nintendo Should Have Given Us
Sorta reminds me of NES Remix, which was one of my favorite things on WiiU
Re: Poll: WarioWare: Get It Together! Is Out Today On Switch, Are You Getting It?
Thanks for the reminder, think this is one first party title I'll get digitally on day-1 instead of waiting for a sale or getting the cart since mutiplayer sounds fun too. Been enjoying this series since the originals on GBA

Pretty much sold me on Star Trek-like point and click adventure
Re: 'Disney Classic Games Collection' Gets Rated For Switch, Now With Added Jungle Book
I'd still WAY rather the Disney Afternoon Collection come to Switch...

Re: Tetris Effect: Connected Is Dropping Onto Nintendo Switch Soon
Woo, finally, been hearing about this for ages, so glad it's landing on Switch finally, though I do enjoy Tetris 99, so it'll have to really be good
Re: Feature: 20 Super NES Classics Nintendo Should Bring To Switch Online
also for NES the TMNT Arcade Game would be awesome too, need more beat-em-ups on NES/SNES Online really
Re: Community: What Was Your First Ever Nintendo Game?
The Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt cart that came with our NES, which I'm almost still surprised my parents bought us to this day
Re: Talking Point: Which Game Stage Have You Replayed More Than Any Other?
The Dolphin Park stage of Wave Race 64 enough time to do a successful stunt run completing every possible stunt in the time limit, and going through every ring to unlock the dolphin you can ride on.

Re: Mario Kart Tour's September Update Will Render Some Android Phones Incompatible
They did that in Mario Run too, my phone suddenly was not compatible anymore and it won't launch despite buying it...
Re: Video: Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania Clip Shows Switch Gyro Controls In Action
That's fun, but the only way to play Monkey Ball precisely is with the analogue stick... that or the balance board
Re: Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown Gets A Release Date And Setting
Now what will it really look like on Switch?
Re: Nintendo Switch OLED Screen: Why Is OLED Better Than LCD?
What about docking a standard switch in the new dock, does that give it wired ethernet?
Re: Nintendo Switch OLED Model Vs. Standard Switch / Switch Lite: Full Tech Specs Comparison
So would buying just the new dock give us old Switch owners ethernet without a usb adapter?
Re: Random: This Penny Has Diddy Kong Engraved On Abe Lincoln's Shoulder
Should have used a newer penny so the image would have been far crisper of Abe...
Re: Metroid Dread amiibo Functionality Revealed
Hopefully my other Samus amiibos do the same thing...
Re: 'Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania' Box Art And Screenshots Surface Online
Even if this is a remaster of the 1&2 collection they released, Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, it's a day 1 purchase for me, as those were the best two back on Gamecube

Re: Random: Local Council Installs Plant Pots That Look Like Mario Warp Pipes, And Residents Aren't Happy
They look great, and if anything, all this press should boost tourism
Re: Random: The Game Boy Has Finally Grown Up To Become The 'Game Man'
Or is that really a Famicom inside, rather than a US NES?
Re: Memory Pak: The First Time I Saw The Rocket In Tetris

Re: Hardware Review: 8BitDo Pro 2 - The Best Switch Pro Controller Rival Has Evolved
You still can't wake the Switch remotely with these, right? That's still reserved for Nintendo Joycons and Pro Controllers only?

Re: Talking Point: The Problem With The X Button
My mind will forever think in the Nintendo layout, and that's fine by me, it's everyone else who is wrong obviously
Re: Nintendo Reminds Us The Super Mario Bros. 35 Service Will End On 31st March

Re: Video: Beautiful Ghibli-Esque Platformer Hoa Gets A 7-Minute Gameplay Trailer
Too cute, hopefully there's a way to run eventually...
Re: Nintendo Will Reportedly Release A New Switch Model This Year With "Bigger" Samsung OLED Display
Yawn, I really don't want a bigger Switch...would rather it be basically the same EXACT size, but 1080p and still using the same joy-cons...
Re: Ahead Of Nintendo's "Thanos Snap", Super Mario Bros. 35 Is Getting Another Special Event
Such a fun idea and way to play Mario, I don't get why it's going away entirely, especially if people are still playing and enjoying it
Re: Wind Peaks Is A 'Where's Wally?' Style Game Headed To Switch Next Week
Also reminds me of Hidden Through Time
Re: Review: Capcom Arcade Stadium - A Rich Tour Through The Coin-Op History Of A True Legend
Wish they'd match games already owned through other collections like all the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection and Beat Em Up Bundle
