Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit might be a different type of video game experience, but it seems it will still be receiving the same level of support as Nintendo's standard first-party releases.
A few weeks after it raced onto the Switch, this real-life kart racer has now received its very first update. This bumps the game up to Version 1.0.1. Official patch notes aren't available just yet on Nintendo's local support page, so here's a brief rundown courtesy of Japanese Nintendo:
Nintendo have updated Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit to Ver. 1.0.1 improving the camera settings when playing indoors under strong light.
If you're still not sure about whether Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit is the right Mario Kart game for you, why not take a look at our review. We gave this latest entry eight out of ten stars and said it was a startlingly authentic "mixed reality" recreation of Nintendo's most popular racing series.

Oh strong light .... was that a Car headlight now...
I've noticed reading issues under fairly strong light at my friend's house, so I'd love to take another whirl with this.
I think they're recording the insides of the houses now.
To give input for the team working on next Animal Crossing game.
Wouldn't that be next level?
Much like AC should allow you to build multiple islands, this desperately should allow split-screen multiplayer. A lot of potential overrun by greed here.
@Friendly really π€π
@Friendly
That would be cool also they should let you buy the karts in new horizon
They should sell other karts, so you could get Yoshi or Peach, etc...maybe even have some way to buy a second kart to play split screen multiplayer on ONE console...
@FatHedgehog ikr?? And when u set up a track, what if it could record it and save it so you can easily load a preset?
Does it reduce the price, increase the availability, and put enough stuff in the box for at least two players to play the game together? No? Then get the hell out.
