went back to do 720 runs after a 2 month break from mk8dx. its still the best game Ive ever played.

Im getting zero of these games as I expected. sigh...

underrated console. never played the og but on 3ds its pretty cool. look into the homebrew scene also.

I got 102% on all 3 save files in dkc2 on cartridge. might try 101% for dkc1.

mk world. I want to 100% but I just cant bring myself to look at guides for the locations in free roam plus Im terrible w directions and get very confused. so Ive just been trying to beat every track in vs mode on hardest settings.

I 3 starred everything, got all the costumes and characters (even that sob fishbones). now I just gotta finish free roam. got most of it done myself but Im leaning towards a guide for the rest. Im a little concerned tho as Ive seen comments on yt saying the peach coin wasnt showing up for them in certain spots so idk what thats all about.

Im too cheap for home internet but I think as a form of protest ppl should quit as soon as one of those tracks r picked and keep doing it to get a normal one. either that or go back to 8dx.

someone should paint miyamoto as the mona lisa and it should be the main attraction

been trying for an hr a day to get fishbones but probably chip away at 3 starring knockout tour in mirror.

swoop on the rob hog. hes my fav glider ever in 7 and tour. only character left to get is fishbone, which could takes years at this point.

an og dk skin option and level design thats more than just smashing things bc as of rn I aint buying.

mario kart world. 3 starred all the cups just now but the highlight of the game is def knockout tour. we finally get a challenging 3 star system again. u have to get 1st for every gate which is brutal. this might take awhile but thats a good thing. Im maining monty on the rob bike but am patiently waiting for swooper.

I want to play drums on switch 2

probably nothing. couple days ago I got 120 stars in mario 64 for the 1st time then beat all mario kart 64 tracks in a row so I feel satisfied until my switch 2 arrives.

2. home circuit - very fun w the cats, surprisingly controls well
3. gp dx - goat arcade game, Im a drummer and don chan speaks to me
4. gp 2 - memetchi despite annoying announcer plus I beat it
5. gp - played at disney quest growing up in orlando
6. fgp ii 3d- emulated it w my 3d glasses and got bored quick

vr is the only mk I havent played and never will bc I hate to travel but the concept would be like top 3 on this list. port it to switch 2

theres something about the aesthetic of most new indie games thats soulless. just from that thumbnail Id never waste my money on that. its good ppl arent buying junk.

I predict world to be 4th on my list. I think the gameplay is too drastic to top 8dx, wont top my nostalgia from 64 and wont top tours always something new to do every day aspect. Id love to be proven wrong.

1. 8dx - best game of all time. beating 48 tracks in a row on hardest settings is my fav thing ever. the hype and speculation around the bcp is unmatched. its gonna be hard to top imo.
2. tour - I knew yall wouldnt mention it. chaining combos while trying not to lose a lucky run is so satisfying. it feels like an rpg at times w leveling up characters and grinding. its sad how much hate it gets. 3rd fav mk.
3. 7 - for me the only way to play is first person, motion controls and 3d slider all the way up. but if I play the regular way it just feels too slow. another thing I dislike is it started the trend of too easy 3 stars that would follow in 8. 6th fav mk.

Ive got 1 and 2 on wii but Ive got so many 3d mario games to 100% before I start those. I havent even got 120 stars in 64...

if u take out the characters for japan it looks like that one trippy scene from 2001: a space odyssey

1. dd - my 2nd mk growing up, played a lot w my cuz. all cup is my fav. I got the max points in every cup including all cup mirror. 4th best mk.
2. wii - graphically worse than dd but the bikes r super fun. I usually always beat my best friend in every other game but this one is always close. 3 starring was brutal but I did it. 5th best.
3. ds - the most fun game to 3 star and I love snaking but it hurts my hands too much and I win too much (bc of snaking) so I really only come back for the battle mode. 7th best.

mario looks cooler on the back, on the cover he looks slightly goofy or drugged or something imo

this is one of the funniest things Ive seen in awhile

1. 64 - my 1st mk game christmas 99. lots of personality and drifting feels amazing, just sucks about the random skid outs. 2nd fav in the series.
2. smk - 2nd to last fav, maybe worst. controls just feel off even w yrs of practice. lazy repeated themes as well.
3. sc - least fav in the series but solely bc Im ocd and its the only game I havent 100%. I got the night screen but man those retros r absolutely brutal to 3 star. if not for that itd be near the top 5 sadly. graphics r top notch w a fun point system.

its my fav series and its not even close. not a single bad game in the series even including all the spinoffs. Im more of a retro gamer but beating 8dx's 48 tracks in a row on hardest settings is still my thing to do in gaming.

mario kart tour. guaranteed to get the final badge (30 1st place wins in tier 99) and I dont want to jinx it but Im like 450th out of 1000 ppl so I might finally get my meowser acr badge. then I'll focus on getting the 20 characters Im missing but man such an underrated gem.

youtube makes this pointless but once in a blue moon I'll play the wii sports golf songs to chill out in bed. Id like to see some bomberman hero and earthworm jim but I dont really care.
