Interesting, they started with a few mobile games in 2009 - 2010 and then no releases for 8 years and in 2018 they had some releases for the switch. But they had 41 releases in 2020 so they must have had some funds injected.

I think what is interesting too, is that these games might be targeting an older demographic (like in retirement age) because it's games like blackjack, poker, chess, roulette.

They probably said "hey, nobody has made a calculator for the switch, let's do that."

I'm a bit fearful of the resale of these cards and sellers asking $100 or more for cartridges that do not work

Ever heard of Super Smash Bros. Melee? It's an awesome rail shooter where you shoot names as they appear.

I really enjoy the main SMT games over the Persona games (don't get me wrong, the persona games are fantastic too!). I think its the dark setting that you play in post-apocolyptic world and have to recruit demons.

fingerst crossed for Digital Devil Saga games. Those had some great voice acting cast!

the left is an AGS-101 and the Right is the Funkyplaying V2 IPS

As far as the region locking... Nintendo hasn't pushed any "security" updates to the Wii U for well over a year... So yeah, importing might workout.

The switch wireless play and online features could make for a great multiplayer mode... Or co-op story mode...

It looks like Nintendo paid attention to the boom of mine gaming. Nintendo deffentily set a high bar by bring it's franchises to a mobile platform, yet appeases the home experience.

It's Q1, Nintendo is still riding the smash Bros wave, so releasing MP trilogy too soon could be saturating their own market.

@Bunkerneath agree, there's nothing stopping a thief from taking the whole thing. Maybe if there was a way to cable the box to a secure fixture (not around a table leg as a their could just lift up the table).

I definitely seeing this as being overshadowed by the SSBU release 12/7... Regardless, this game is amazing! Gorgeous graphics and excellent soundtrack from me well known composers in the industry. Don't let this title.slip by you if you enjoy platformers! 😎

I pre-ordered Monster Boy physical. I watched a number of game play videos and a big fan of games that are Metroidvania anything. What made me interested in the physical edition was that it comes with a printed manual (remember those?).

I have a pre-order for smash ultimate so who knows how much time will get eaten up by these games.
