If you're anything like us, then your life will have been taken over by a horrible goose recently. Untitled Goose Game is a complete riot – our review will hopefully have told you as much – and it would seem this unruly waterfowl has made its way into the collective consciousness of the games community because it's cropping up in totally unexpected places.

Forgive us, but we simply had to share the following tweet:

Can you imagine the carnage this goose would inflict on the Kingdom of Hyrule? The tweet made us chuckle, but it also made us think – is this a crossover that could potentially happen?

It sounds ridiculous, but let's not forget that Nintendo collaborated on Cadence of Hyrule, another eShop title which took two seemingly disconnected franchises and fused them together in one of the best Switch titles of the year.

Given that Nintendo appears to have a pretty solid relationship with Untitled Goose Game developer House House, would it be beyond the realms of possibility to see the two work together on a game which allows you to steal the Master Sword and drop it in the middle of a deep lake, just because you want to be a pest?
