Never tried Klonoa, but this looks like a great place to start. Still hoping for WonderSwan NSO in the future from Bandai Namco, so we can get the other portable game on Switch 2 too (along with many other games for that system).

Offline wireless play is great for game preservation. This feels like a game that could do really well being included with the expansion pack in the future.

Cyberpunk 2077 runs perfectly on a physical cart. The speed problem is exaggerated as hell so developers don't have to spend as much making physical carts.

I heard it runs bad on PS5 too tbf.

With War of the Lions not here, it's probably not gonna be a purchase from me, as I already have the PSP version.
I'll maybe pick it up if it goes on sale or they add it as DLC.

I wonder if 7 somehow relates to 12, and that's why they doing it next. 4-6 look so good on DS though, that those versions could just be released again honestly, at some point.

Hopefully sales figures like this convince more developers not to use game key cards. Seems Rune Factory and this both sold well, and they were both full physicals.

Sunsoft also owns the Clock Tower IP. Hopefully it's a remaster of Clock Tower 2, Ghost Head and or CT3.

It's great that even terrible games are being preserved like this. That being said, I will not be picking this up unless it goes on sale for very cheap, and I have mates coming round I wanna play a drinking game of dying in Bubsy 3D with.

Also, what are people talking about? This review seems very fair. It sounds like without the emulation and things surrounding the games being so good, this would have been a 1. Reviewer mentions all this. A collection of anything is about what's in the collection most of all. If I buy a collection of rubbish books I don't rate it a 10 because the binding and cover art is nice.

If Yves leaves as CEO, I will get this straight away.

I really want him to add mouse support on Switch 2.

@Goliath I'm actually playing through the original for the first time right now. Just met Maria. Gonna play Silent Hill 1 right after.

@AllBLK Saying it's struggling to run first party games is an exaggeration. MKW runs at rock-solid 60, and Bananza runs steady, just has some very slight drops when a lot goes on all at once. And I mean a lot. But they are not struggling in either case.

Hopefully this is a sign that we get Silent Hill 2 Remake in the future.

They should remaster it, exclusive to Switch/Switch 2.

YESSS bad games need to be preserved too - I'm still desperate for Nintendo to somehow rerelease the CDi Zeldas for the same reason. Will defo pick this up day one.

Not interested in Starfield at all - everything I've seen of it looks bad. If they bring Oblivion, Fallout 3 and NV to Switch though, I'd be very happy.

Hope we get Resi 7-9, and the Remakes of 2-4 on Switch 2 soon, along with the Classic versions of RE 1-3 and Code Veronica.

It'd be cool to have Resi Gaiden and the N64 version of Resi 2 on NSO as well.

@Kingy they're not exclusive to Playstation though - they released RE Classic 1-3 on GOG recently, so there's a pretty good chance Capcom will bring them to Switch next year.

I will buy if I can play Shenmue 1 and 2 on Switch 2 first.

Hopefully other developers see how well games sell when they have a Switch 2 physical. Will be picking this up when I have a bit more spare cash.

Already got two of these suggestions since the Mature N64 NSO came out - and looks like Forsaken is on the way. Would be amazing get the N64 version of Resi 2 as I believe it's got a small amount of content not available anywhere else.

I'll start buying Ubisoft games again as soon as they get rid of their CEO Yves.

Looks like a match for me - love the look of this - I played a seemingly similar game called Lunacid, and that was great.

Hoping that FromSoft actually puts a King's Field collection out at some point so I can experience the original game all these ones are aping.

Just went from a confirmed buy to hundred percent not getting for me.

Really hope Toriyama got to do a bunch of designs for the game before he sadly passed away. His designs are Dragon Quest to me.
