All fun rumours, but this will definitely depend on how powerful the switch 2 really is.

If it's really only the hardware then that will be dissapointing to be honest. It's not going to look that different from the current Switch, leaks true or not.

I highly doubt that design was based on leaks and rumours. Why go to one of the biggest events to show new controllers based on rumours. You will never be taken serious as a company again.

Well what's done is done. Nintendo can't change this and they know the design is only a small thing of the reveal.

We don't know the deals Genki has with Nintendo, so maybe they were within their rights to do this. If this was against Nintendo restrictions, then I hope they enjoyed their five minutes of fame. Because then they showed they are not a reliable partner with this.

I'm interested in wich games SE has in store. Both tactics and FF IX remakes are rumoured.

Well after each succesful console the big N drops the bomb on their next one for some odd reason. It's a tradition at this point.

I do think it's time for a true reveal soon, this and all the wishful rumours about the games for the system can't be good (except if all of is true) for it reception. It's weird seeing Nintendo so quiet with this situation, they always seem to be the most in control of what they show and release.

To be honest, all three are terrible. The Japanese one looks the most fun so voted for that.

Please no. This industry doesn't need to go to it's downfall like the film industry. It's not going to be great if every developer will start with a subscription service.

So it's exactly the same as the Switch. I highly doubt that Nintendo would do that.

Even if it only has a the power of a PS4 it will be a great leap from the current switch. As great as the switch was it wasn't that powerful compared to the Wii U, it might even be less at some points.

The greatest selling point for, and fir most the only, a Nintendo system is it's first party titles, it always has been since the N64. As long as that's the case they will be fine, might not sell as much as the switch but will be among the best selling Nintendo consoles. They should have take note of the PS5 and don't do cross gen games, it really decreases the value of a new console even if the games will look better.

Positive reactions of people who got paid to be there. Not sure these reactions can be trusted. If you enjoyed the first two and the Knuckles series this one will probably be good as well or better. Going to see this with my kids after Christmas.

I guess now we know why Metroid prime 4 was delayed. They couldn't get the shoulder pads right in HD.

I actually think the original GameBoy version looks better then the color. The original has a certain charm because of the yellow screen while the color version looks off to me.

Been playing fitness boxing 2 for a couple of months now and I'm enjoying the workouts.

However it seems that sometimes the joy con doesn't register the punches you make. @scully1888 is that still the case with FB3? And is it worth a upgrade if you have a previous game in the series?

Both parties tried screw each other over with this collaboration. Sony had some demands that wouldn't benefit Nintendo and so did Nintendo, this was the best outcome even in this harsh way.

And hey, we got the glorious Zelda CD-i games and Hotel Mario as a consolation prize.

I don't believe the joy con leaks are the real deal. I would assume Nintendo learned from the Wii U being seen as just a gadget for the Wii by the majority of casual non gamers.

Having the switch 2 looking nearly identical might have a downward effect as that same majority might just think it's an upgraded switch model with just a larger screen.

Might be prototypes for testing, but I'm not sure I believe they will go for the same design. Nintendo is known to switch things up with new console designs.

My initial response would be FF VII rebirth as it's carved in my memory as one of the greatest games and I really enjoyed rebirth. However imo they butchered one if the biggest moments in game history with that game. Haven't played the new Zelda yet.

My favourite this year is astrobot. It was just pure joy playing that game and it really took me back to the N64 and PSone days. Made me feel like a kid again.

If only they would make mega man 12 or X9.

I love that it is named Super Nintendo World. The Super Nintendo is still the best console of Nintendo imo. I wish this would come to Europe, a holiday to Japan or US isn't the cheapest thing to do.

From a game history point of view. Just like DKC on the snes, this was an amazing looking game on the GB and a impressive achievement by the developers.

1500 for digital photos and to get some attention on the internet. Some people really do have to much money.

It's clear Nintendo doesn't want competition in the pocket monster games, because that would mean they actually need to make a Pokemon game that lives up to the name.

I'm still surprised this game wasn't pushed completely to the next console. This would make an amazing launch title.

@nhSnork looking at the switch library I wouldn't be surprised if they would do it, it would probably still sell.

For me it will really depend on the Zelda game that gets released on it. If it's a remake of ocarina of time, I will buy it in a heartbeat. If it's the rumoured breath of the wild remaster then I'll probably won't get it.

I'm always amazed that people complain about exclusives on a Nintendo site. You do realize Nintendo and it's consoles still excists because of those exclusives, if they didn't they would have been gone after the N64.

This isn't Sony Playstation buying. This is Sony Pictures etc. This will purely be for the manga and anime things, Wich might even be a much worse thing.

Zelda can and should have both to be honest. Ocarina of time is still seen as the best by many because it has both.

It's just a lame excuse to rehash the same story over and over. Ganon returns, Zelda is kidnapped or disappears, links pulls master sword out of a stone. Links fights Ganon, Zelda decides to help. They save the day.

This is just ridiculous by Nintendo, they think they're some kind of gaming God. If this is why then almost every developer kan get sued. Why not create a lawsuit against Nintendo and pokemon company for using turn based battles and a open world game, the list can go on like this.

This should have been a full remake of croc 1 and 2, just like what they did with Spyro and crash. I loved this game on the PS one and will get the remaster just for a fun throwback to the golden days.

US for me. Those 8 bit covers just hit the right nostalgia buttons.

Yeah but how many are Wii U ports and Mario games. Not saying they are bad games, I bought them. But when you consider Mario and Zelda games can do no wrong and always get rated high this lost gets a little less impressive. Again not saying those games are bad, I loved playing them
