I would be stoked for Kingdom Hearts HD collection as think it would run very glossy on Switch, a Tomb Raider (and not please circa pre 2015, you can do it...see Witcher for reference), and like all a FF game that was just remastered....

A buy for Hero for me. It does seem that for such a nicely made collectible line Nintendo is signing off with Smash. It would be comical if role reversal happened and they kept releasing new Smash characters leading to reason for more Amiibo.

Good to hear update coming as I want to try it, but holding off after reading a wide-cast of the review-net, obviously enjoy this site but it’s not my only source of “how good is it.”
Agree that Nintendo I think did not foresee such aftermarket ports of games circa within past 4 years, and from business model this should be monetary motivation to improve hardware to be more incentivizing to 3rd parties and consumers.

Sounds fun for a game I never left and has become like doing my “dailies” in Warcraft. Now if, after at least 6 failed attempts, they would let me use my slingshot to catch the scorpion instead...

Did two wedding events and felt not my cup of tea as do not see using the furniture ever on my island. Fun event, but just not my scene.

Guess I will have to buy a PlayStation now since Nintendo seems to not be in a hurry to increase hardware to accommodate at least a port from EA future Star Wars game, instead we get yet another (Insert Franchise) Lego Game. I love my Switch but feel sometimes Nintendo needs to get plugged into tech trends otherwise the Switch outside Nintendo brand games will be the console of ports and 16 to 28 bit Indies.

Maybe but unlikely this will cause Nintendo to answer with hardware upgrades, I would be fine paying more than $300 to have a screen that can display like my iPhone if it means I get more Star Wars. Maybe if devs keep saying to them we want to bring this but you have to upgrade this.

Didn’t mind the movie, it was a different approach of a story. I was more surprised to see the kid pop up after all this time in the cult classic Napoleon Dynamite.

I am in same boat as most, I play my island as a good measure of creature comforts/urbanization to nature’s beauty. Seems 5 stars is prestige and that’s all....no unbreakable tools as reward for 5 stars.

May be hard for them legally to pursue EVERY circumstance if someone has that villager moving out and it’s legit while you are taking them from given island; same monetary exploit happening in trade feature of Pokémon S&S. I agree with some type of Auction House since the villagers Nintendo created suggest us use already-learned DIY recipes in a way we can’t do, or allow us to have more online play so we can send mail with attachment to a person we have visited with already irl for equal beneficial trades.

I have never played Fortnite (was off burning thru Uncharted and AC series) but this one does have my interest. The picture quality to me does look good within frame of the source. As a former WoW addict I like Nintendo getting more into online multiplayer rpg type games for that pvp itch of mine yearning for “my spells.”

I may be in the minority in that I have never powered up a single Minecraft on any platform. I am a Torchlight and Diablo fan so the sale power of this game does have me curious since following the money vs. word of mouth seems to show a fun experience here.

Please bring this to the American eshop! May seem a simple game compared to today's standards, but this and pitfall were staples of my intro into gaming as a curtain-climber!

Update to another previous unmentionable update. I swear I think an 80's Texas Instrument computer could run the Nintendo eShop as an app. Hopefully all this "leaving Nintendo" we have been reading about will allow "New Guard" to come in with contemporary ideas....

It is refreshing to see a port to the Switch of a more "current" game versus a game that was played/released circa 4 plus years ago.

Better yet, instead give us option to start game with either Godfrey or Jin as a blade to use x-)

Interesting. I loved the last DragonQuest we got on Switch right up till the "2nd" ending. I personally feel it was a cheap shot to make one "grind" for levels to take on the boss of 2nd ending. I hate when games make you blatantly grind side quest as it causes a distracting stall in the main story to which 50% of the time I do not return to.

Never played this, or researched it till Switch port. Love Scify, but will pass as turn-based games for me personally take too long to start and end a given engagement/battle. Love the premise, just wish it were more real time fighting like Witcher, Torchlight, etc.

This is just a classical textbook you know what move that starts with a D and ends with a K....

Is there an option if you buy it to download the series in a "step" process you only download and play part 1, then download part 2, and so on and so forth?

This being my 1st Animal Crossing, I am glad I showed up right when simply the best version came to street. I look forward to the gyroid experience. Agree with him; I sold my PS4 for money to get Switch as games exclusive on PS4 were a handful only, and still feel like I am playing with per se lightening in bottle for innovation. When I look at the whole instead of the parts; it does seem all Xbox and PS5 are doing is making it faster and higher rez to justify $500 price tag.

I have always felt Xenoblade is amazing as a story across the games to the level that a series or part one and two movie could be made. I would be stoked if dreams come true and we get (since it seems Nintendo has started to move onto the next chapter from Directs) we get a silent drop of XB 3 bundled with a Switch 2.0/Pro.

Yet again, an organization that has ran such a life cycle that they now have to resort to self-justification based behavior to validate their existence as an organization....meanwhile someone, somewhere enjoys a bowl of (non pixelated) shark-fin soup......

To be constructive in criticism, I do enjoy this game, but I can see how it’s rinse-repeat nature can be seen as chores seeing how the main story arc seems to be to pay off your loan and get K.K. to the Island. It needs more acceleration in events like the coming wedding so that there is more side quest to do.
Lastly, because I like the game I find it a stretch that such a single example of my interest makes me weird. Seems psychoBrew is trying to start argument for the sake of argument...I’ve seen that personality type, but it is lost on me what we call that type person...🤨. I can appreciate how misanthropic it must be for you psychoBrew to go around judging people within the comfort of your cyber distance from those you may offend further espousing the “keyboard warrior” lifestyle.

At this point the breaks or hacks have become so revealing that I have suspended anticipation as they seem to get more wilder by the week...stuff that I would of said that’s impossible cause you can not see the code I thought. I will not surprised if next I see Ken/Ryu or Kirby running around in the game. I can only imagine the developers are entertained by all these into-the-wild influences on their game.

Funny he has yet to beat the game. If I recall, the trick was something about his sprite would blink the eye either ipsilateral or contralateral to the arm he is about to punch with to allow a dodge.

I am not sure how much Nintendo is using the repeated "showcasing" of your character for every item you get as a purposeful speed bump so we don't play our way through the material too fast for their taste/DLC schedule.

They should write a code update too that allows the Amiibo to act as a card and invite that villager instead of only use is a pic on Harve's island. Further, allow Amiibo to be storage vessels for your island as fail safe if your Switch brakes/stolen or you get the "brown the screen of death" I have read about online.

They should of left him in there, would of been epic cameo like when a random famous actor shows up in a movie...Matt Damon in Eurotrip or Stan Lee randomly showing up in Marvel Movie.

You know it is something though when literally this evening my local news reported sales reports for Nintendo and stated directly that the "switch currently outsales playstation and xbox"...mind you there is a strong chance that these facts are reported by potential non gamers.

Outside the store-stock sell out from COVID, I think a dip in sales is good as it will prompt a reason for Nintendo to give us a handheld 1080p Switch upgrade model with new graphics chip and realistic GB storage (there are thumb drives with more GB!) seeing how ports are getting larger and larger as we get more variety coming over.

Finally admitting there may be something to this Switch, eh EA? You smell that EA, you should know it, it is called money...
