Many major releases on the ps store are absurd, the main culprit, to my eye, being E.A. They seem to release three different versions of some of their sports titles, in particular, with ludicrous names. The most expensive of which costs around £85.

Would rather watch our boy Alex in a purely Nintendo focused one of these. If he wanted to wear a costume I’d be cool with that, though it’s not a deal-breaker for me.

I voted for "I'm hyped..." though there should been an option for, "I'm hyped but I know I probably won't be able to find one unless I pay way over the rrp for one."

It is currently still immensely difficult to buy a switch in many Japanese cities, and they're going for ¥44,000 as opposed to the ¥32,000 rrp, which includes tax, on Amazon. This number could have been so much higher.

It does look nice, I'd like to play it some time, for sure. Has anyone played it on other platforms? I don't like to be critical, especially having just watched a few trailers, but I am wondering if the developers had any of their own gameplay ideas that perhaps weren't in the trailer?

I remember downloading some excellent games via Xbox's games with gold service; dishonoured and a red faction game, viva piñata too I think. A few nes games seems like slim pickings. This service needs n64, GameCube and even Wii games, in my opinion.

$20 is pretty cheap, the classic game giveaways do not sound as though they'll be games I'm interested in playing, though. Also, are they actually giveaways? I thought I read that we merely got to play one game a month?

My only concern is that there seems to be more barriers preventing climbing up walls in squid form. Maybe that's just these levels. The rotation will probably annoy me again, as will drip feeding us content. Even with those annoyances it's still splatoon; the most fun third person shooter I've ever played. ☺
