You know it's bad when Nintendo censors bathing suits...

If Nintendo actually released a game that utilized them, then it would do more for them. And board games that are $60 do not fall in this category. What really turns me off for them however is when i go and buy a game and then I learn i have to spend another $16 for a piece of plastic that I generally don't care for, especially if they make it so I need to keep tapping it. I would much rather just get a game where amiibo are needed for the game instead of content being locked away on many different titles.

How is my logic flawed? Seriously? You release games faster than rabbits breed. Even more so when one of them is a sequel in less than half a year. That's worse than CoD games... heck, that's worse than Mario games being released. This will put you at 8 games in 6 months. So please, tell me how my logic is flawed, I am going to enjoy this.

I don't understand why people claim that Sony is doing this because Nintendo's NX... when Sony has updated their systems in the past. Sure, maybe not to this extent but it is not a new thing really.

I am using my platinum points for free games and free themes.

with getting something like 250 a week on average, it isn't that hard to get them. I just hope they change them occasionally.

90 from Eshop, Miiverse, and mynintendo by logging on once a week.
35 from giving 3 answers a day
35 from listening to 10 answers
35 from changing your outfit
70 from people listening to you
70 from getting 5 hearts a day

For a total of 335 points per week if you get all those every day.

Not to sound like a douche but this tribute could have been done better. 10... even 5 years down the road, people who play this are going to look at it and think, "who?"

I personally would love it. Each and every Zelda game expands on the Zelda Lore, we learn more new stuff each game and well, if they do this, it could expand on the reincarnations of Link wouldn't really be tired to a gender and you could think of it like Avatar (Nickelodeon's one) and that the gender isn't tied.

I got all I want, waiting for the stuff to expire for new stuff to roll in. I am more waiting for themes also, with like 200+ platinum points a week free, I should be good for spending my points without issue.

I seriously do not understand how the stock issues could be bad for so long, I am starting to think it is a little BS now with people saying it is low stocks. If there really is low stocks, by this point it must be a forced low stock in preparation for something else.

Well, with Story of season, you have an entire wardrobe of stuff to make and it is very specific items you need to collect and hoard, some you cannot get until years into the game just to make a certain outfit or whatever. Pretty much anything and everything requires you to get multiple items so your inventory gets very full with so many different items. You get these vendors that set up where you can sell your stuff or buy it and two of them you need to ship so much crap that you'll be well into year two if you know what you're doing. One of the bachelorettes, you cannot marry her until year two. It is stuff like that.

Now, the game is still fun, it is just the simulated longevity and this hoarding of items to make clothes, cook, buildings, etc. It just takes so long which gets frustrating some times.

I find myself just doing random stuff on it, it is nice getting 270 platinum points a week though.

I really enjoyed Story of Seasons except the forced time walls which gave the game a more fake longevity. If they removed, or even reduced that, I may get it. The item Hoarding was very bad too. As much as I enjoyed it, those two things kind of killed it a little for me and I am not sure if I'll get the next one if those are not improved. Then again... I've been addicted to Stardew Valley which in my opinion... is quite superior to Story of Seasons at the moment.

People taking about this PS4k and whatever Xbox... were these even confirmed (even though they would be very pricey consoles)? Like seriously... Nintendo is the one that has a console confirmed in development at the moment.

ok, so I see the "confirmation" but $400... right, most graphics cards to get 4k are nearly that price alone if not more so... right... There has to be some catch.

If this does turn out to be true anyway, my plan was to get a PS4 this year but that may change because why get a PS4 that's weaker when there could be a better one on the way and then having to wait for price drops?

Already played it to death. Maybe if it came out 2-3 years ago like it did for everything else, I may have bought it for Wii U.

@Starwolf_UK Yeah, i keep forgetting that the miitomo points can be used as platinum points so it isn't really hard at all... especially if you get many friends.

So... I learned that the My Nintendo points will expire after 6 months.... it doesn't give you much time to save up for them.

Also, to those who say they have two... it says the codes are not transferable so I doubt you can use them on another account.

@Sean_Aaron The gold ones are earned by spending money, if you notice you get bigger discounts and you can earn full games (more often). it makes sense really since the platinum and miitomo tokens you earn for free.

I decided to do a google search and i see what you mean. I have those boxes already, I figured that is what it was originally as I don't remember redeeming that. Now, if I did, I don't care too much, I currently have 850 coins between the miitomo and platinum and considering how it seems miitomo coins will also act as platinum... it's not that bad. Even more so that these coins are free anyway.

So, I am a little confused, I looked at some of the stuff and i see it shows a picture of both platinum points and Mitomo points and it is something for Miitomo... but yet it says it costs... platinum points? i don't see anything that costs Mitomo points really.... unless it takes the miitomo points before it takes platinum.

@Chandlero yeah but something doesn't seem right here. Like come on, when the PS4 was released, it was sold out everywhere but yet still making 20-30k a week.

Does Natsume really have the rights to be able to do this? I would have thought Marvelous would have been the ones to agree...

As it stands now, you should only buy a New 3DS if you are buying for the first time simply because the games all run better
