Pretty solid list although I think Mirage sessions is very overrated.

Always been a Nintendo + PC gamer, but if Nintendo doesn't get it's sh*t together I'm very tempted to get a PS5 for next gen.

Why is this article trying to compare the MH movies to other movies just to end with the notion that they can't be compared?
I'd be much more interested in knowing wether it's good or not.

I think Sephiroth's inclusion is less about FFVII and more about him being widely regarded as one of the most iconic villains in video game history.
Definitely deserving of a spot in the roster.

The only way to play fps games imo is with mouse and keyboard.

If it were a port of Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn I would get it day 1.

This list is very low on the boardgame apps, there are some great adaptation based on great board games on the switch.
For example: Istanbul, Raiders of the North Sea, Charterstone, Carcasonne, Pandemic and I'm sure there are a lot more.

Really bad move by Nintendo, they are really overdoing it on takedowns and copyright claims. I guess they learned nothing about the WiiU era....

Nobody plays any nintendo game for the story... All the experience comes from the gameplay.

When going back to the WiiU it always surprises me how much more solid and sturdy it feels compared to the switch.

@ancientlii I believe ring fit uses it to measure your heartrate. Only time i've seen them used and they could easily do without.

I might pick up a used wii u copy of pikmin 3 for 18 euros, but I'm definitely not spending the full 60 to play an old game on the switch.

I would have prefered if you could just do the challenge over till you catch one, with the legendary having a 1-5% catchrate. I really mis the challenge of the old games.

It's like a regular gym, I always tell myself I want to start playing again but I never do.

It sounds like a lot of fun if you have someone to play and build tracks with.

But as a singleplayer experience it feels more like a gimmick that I would play for an afternoon and never touch again.

I'd rather have them postpone it then have them rush out a version that's barely playable.

Fan games generally increase interest for a certain IP, bringing back old players and sometimes new ones. Many of wich will go on and check out newer entries in the series.
So I would argue it actually boost sales of newer products.

@Stocksy and if it wasn't for the mario rom hack community then mario maker wouldn't exist.

Nintendo, the only company that bullies its fans when they have a little too much fun with their games.

Whether it's fangames, streamers, speedrunners or people who play their games a little bit too competetive (melee), Nintendo will actively hunt you down and make sure you'll never play their games in an "inintended way" again.

Honestly, Nintendo makes awesome games, but they really need to stop treating it's consumers like trash.

I recently got hold of a copy of the game, will be playing through it this month. So I hope it's as good as people say it is.

Got a split pad after my joycons started drifting and while the quality is great, they feel really uncomfortable. No matter how I try to hold them, they just feel either to big or to small (it had a very small handle and not really anything to hold on to).

I'd never thought I would say this, but I really mis how the joycons feel.

Having a simple review system in place and the ability to sort by highest ranked would go a long way. Instead of having to scroll through 600+ games in the sales tab you can just stick to the top 50-100 and all the shovelware would be pushed out.

The article is way too vague about what the chips actually do to make an informed opinion...

@Shadow_Dancer You know that Nintendo is actively encouraging scalping with the way they've been releasing their collectables right?
I doubt scalpers are this big of an issue with any other company in the gaming industry.

If the game was fairly priced people wouldn't complain this much.
Seriously it's just a couple of ports that's just slightly polished here and there.
The collection is worth $20 max.

I've only played mario 64 and I didn't like it

Since I skipped the Wii generation I've got some catching up to do.
Currently playing project zero 2 at night and metroid prime 3 during the day.

I never liked BoTW because of its slow pace and a big chunk of the time it just feels like you're playing a climbing simulator

This game looks like it took BoTW and actually made it into a fun game.

None, I'm the 1% that doesn't like 3d mario games

Seems like this month is full of dissapointments. Kinda like the rest of this year.

Hopefully they'll improve this game with patches or make a sequel that's better because I really like what they were going for.
