@gcunit I dont understand the story or plot at all. There are way too many characters with seemingly random connections (to me, at least). Dragonball games tend to be decent, however, but this one is phenomenal.

I already have way too many games and way too many on preorder. Even if I played video games for 5 hours a day every day for the rest of my life o doubt I would get through all of the games I currently own ....

My favorites are HeartGold/SoulSilver and Fire Red/Leaf Green 😀

I just preordered this for the Switch yesterday. Its $75 on the eshop, but I got it for $55 at bestbuy. I hope the physical release gets the same preorder bonuses as the digital version . .

I liked the fractured but whole so I will definitely pick this up

@thesilverbrick for me, video games are about having fun. I like games for what they are, not what they ought to be. If I dislike a game it's because I didnt find it enjoyable, not because it doesnt "feel like a _____ game." Also, yes I form opinions about games I see online without having tried hem, but I would never discount a game just because people online said it is terrible, etc. This, unfortunately was Other M's fate. It got a bad reputation and people wouldn't give it a fair chance.

This weekend I will be playing Mortal Kombat X, Forza Horizon 2, Octopath Traveller, and other random games. 😏

@thesilverbrick I didnt understand the hate for this game. The story wasnt terrible and the game was actually quite entertaining.

I signed up for the trial then immediately paid the one year subscription. I almost just paid for the membership without bothering with the trial but stopped myself so I can add an extra week to my membership for free.

Personally, I domt enjoy the TV show, but the Fractured But Whole Game was quite entertaining. I didnt finish it but I will someday. This game looks like a purchase down the road

I dont know if it's an age thing or the area I live in .... but why the heck do people complain about this topic so much? If you dont like the online service Nintendo is providing you can just not pay for it or play other video games on a different console.

I still use my Wii U. In fact, it is updating right now!!!
I actually used it a lot this Labour Day weekend and enjoyed every minute of it.

So I have a habit of preordering games. I have 7 games on that list preordered .... oops I'm gonna have to cash in some stocks or something lol

The Switch is definitely my favourite system. The Wii U ports are such incredible games to begin with that they are worth purchasing again for the Switch .... not so much for the novelty of portability (even though this is a huge perk), but because it revitalized my interest in these older games and sort of "forces" me to play them again ...
And yes, I did buy all the Wii u ports and yes I did replay them all

I realized my comment can kind of sound negative or snarky. Internet .... octopath is a very well made game with high production values ... just not what some people are used to coming from 4k or ultra HD graphics

Is it just me or is single player very challenging? I was able to pass (I forget what it is called) the "single player campaign/arcade mode" a couple times, but man was it a challenge. Also, the loading times are quite offputting.

I forgot to mention that unlocking stuff takes FOREVER ....

Wouldn't it be awesome if Bad Mr. Frosty or Ickybod Clay was in this game?

I feel like they could have just re used all the animations from the 3DS games and put it in HD. That would like much better than these videos imo. Dont get me wrong, I have both and a pokeball plus preordered but .....

Ya that's not the original Mario 3 version found on the nes. But you could plus the snes mini controller into the nes mini and it does work

1-2 Switch is fun when you play it with a small group for a short amount of time. Imo, playing any game with a small group for more than 30 minutes gets tiresome so this is a good game for short bursts. Play the game for a bit, set it aside, have some food, drinks, mingle, come back to it for a few minutes.
I think this looks like a good value bundle.

I have the first game which I think is okay, but for the price it was worth it. Also, this sequel is releasing for a good price so I'll get it even though i didnt like the first one all that much. It's worth it even if I only get an hour or two of enjoyment from it.

Is this getting a physical release in NA? I saw some comments about it ...

Here are some arcade cabinets available from walmart.ca. they've actually been available for preorder for quite some time now. Lots of different ones to choose from. They're also smaller than regular arcade cabinets but much bigger than the tiny tabletop ones

I have both previous sets. I haven't even opened the robot kit yet, and only built the piano, rc car, and handlebars.
However, I love the idea and concept of Labo and will preorde this new kit for sure. I think it is great for kids and those who love creativity. Yes, it is expensive, but it is a want and not a need. Buy it if you can/want to and don't buy it if you can't/don't want to.

I bought this, the robot kit, and a couple boxes of the customization packs. I've only built the RC car and the piano. It's not my thing, but to be totally honest I'm blown away by the creativity these toy cons present. I am very intrigued by the rest of the toys and I hope this is a successful venture for Nintendo.

I bought the physical and digital version on Wii u (the digital version was like 5 bucks or something). It's honestly a very terrible game (imo).
