I think my american dialect skews the interpretation since no one says "thank you" like that in the US. Two of those four reads really sound similar to F you to me.🤣 That's quite comical.

@romanista Conch shells are for free shell-out machine capsules.
1 Conch Shell = 1 Shell-out Machine capsule.
You will lose your unspent conch shells when spaltfest ends if you don't exchange them for capsules. Use them up! There's no benefit for saving them up.

(The game keeps track of your conch shells total for the week for calculating splatfest winners at the end of spaltfest. Your conch shell total is the same regardless of whether you spend them at the shell-out machine or not. So use them up! Free shell=out machine capusles!)

So only 1/3 of switch owners have NSO? I'm surprised by that.

Team Sonic is so confident in the switch version, they haven't given a review code for the Switch version. I think I know how this story goes.

I'm tired of the underpowered Nintendo console business model, and tired of missing out on modern games. I want one console that can play modern games and Nintendo games. My money is ready.

@Fizza Russell T Davies returning & taking over is why I wanted to get last season over with. I think Whittaker could have been better with Russell T Davies or Steven Moffat.

Hmm, that new trailer looks like the game runs at 20fps in much of it, sometimes worse. I want it to run good. Totally interested if they get it to run acceptably.

After 2 generations of virtual console, I'm not sure I'll ever like nso games. And that's why I'll be pleased to never give them money for the expansion.

Plenty of Rocket League playing Spooky Pumpkin mode. It's fun. Also Splatoon 3 - Salmon Run, maybe some turf war.

That pop-in is too distracting for me.

@LittIeZ You'll be fine. I think I got Splatoon2 four to five months after it's release. There's still two years of new periodic content updates for Splatoon 3.

Most played game on my Switch. The game didn't change at all since it went from pay to free to play. So, I've kept on playing it. I understand why people hate free to play, but there's no difference in the game. They got rid of mystery/pay loot boxes. I'd say that's a positive move.

The new G2 esports away-team decal is fresh. I got that for the fennec.

I had a good time playing the single player campaign in Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2. I think it took me 10-12 hours? I'll probably get 3 if the single player is as good or better.

No black space suit from the end of the single player? Huge missed opportunity.

Works for Firefox(PC), too.

However, it doesn't appear to work for Firefox on android tablet.

Did anyone praise the update as fixing the game? Nintendolife never even reviewed the update - I assume that was because the game didn't get a reliable or proper fix. (Correct me if I'm wrong) I wanted this game, but the technical issues scared me off.

I have nothing positive to say about the "two-tiered" company trend of the US. My company stopped giving pensions just before I joined. So, everyone else had pensions, except me and the new hires. Then they moved part of the company to mexico. Then sold off my part. Then I lost health insurance. All this, and the company wasn't even struggling. Total bs.

@Joeynator3000 Doesn't demoting yourself lower the difficulty? Not enough? I've never tried demoting myself to see what its like.

The nintendo marketing locker pic at the top of the article is deceptive. (not nintendolife's fault.) The game flat-out won't allow you to place objects in the locker if there's ANY touching or overlap, or touches the side of the locker. The shirt in the pic is touching the shoes. Plushie squid touches the gun. Also, the shirt touches the gun. That marketing pic is bs! 🤣😉

@dario64 If you only get one piece of gear from the amiibo, I think you have to save a setup of gear & weapons to the ammibo. After that, if you scan the amiibo, I believe they will give you the rest of the gear.

My octo girl and octo boy amiibo gave me all 3 automatically. Splatoon 1 inkling boy only gave me the boots the first time.

@rjejr I don't think you can access Grizzco and Salmon Run until after you've reached level 4 playing online battles, Turf War. Regarding Grizzco's location in Splatsville, when you walk up the stairs to the lobby building, Grizzco is the building directly to the right, adjacet to the top of the stairs; The storefront has a long orange sign above the doors. If you look above the sign, you'll see the building is a light green color. If you haven't reached level 4 yet, you probably can't enter.

@mjharper Amiibo dlc worked for my two switch users on my console for Splatoon 2. Although, I don't have a family account anymore to test the scenario for Splatoon 3. I created a new switch user & booted up Splatoon 3 for the test: I scanned the amiibo, and the amiibo character said they'd give me free gear "if I was connected to the internet". I'd need a family plan to complete that. I don't have a family plan anymore.

Now, if you scan the amiibo, and it says it must delete that data on the amiibo, let it. The they're talking about the tiny bit of data stored on the amiibo NFC amiibo chip, which was just a gear & weapon preset. You have to allow it to delete the data off the amiibo for it to give gear to a new switch user.

I hope this maybe helps, if nobody else knows.

I wish this meant we're getting a new Rayman 3D platformer.
