These people need their Switch dev licences taken away from them. I thought the WiiU eShop was filled fill of tripe but its got nothing on the Switch's eShop.

Where is Nintendo's quality control over their shop?

I have this and its lovely. The images througout are so high quality and it makes me yearn for a GameBoy (the whole GB line actually) Visual Compendium even more.

@Kimyonaakuma Well no. When one of these things is built its called snowman because that's what it is. If you can customise it and it becomes a snowlady then its a snowlady that you'll have (as per New Left when there was a family of them. They're two separate entities and pandering to the, pardon the pun, snowflakes of this generation by calling it a "snowperson" who ridiculously take offence at the term Snowman is a disgrace.

I was one of the lucky few who managed to get an order in for the Pocket and I'm now really nervous after reading this.

I think I'd have been more surprised if it had come to Switch. The fact Switch has been left out is expected to me.

Maybe sometime in the future after EA has been petitioned and/or screamed at for mong enough it might be considered but this is EA we're on about who don't really give a stuff about Nintendo.

If they intend to pull the game after people have spent good, hard earned money on it that can't be accessed in the future then we should at least obtain a partial refund from the company involved.

You purchase a digital copy of a game, you're purchasing a licence to use said game at any time you see fit. Companies cannot, and should not be allowed to move the goal posts like this.

I'm pleased this has been highlighted as I didn't know about it prior and why I'm not going to use this cloud version and yet another reason why I'm against an all digital future.

Was only a couple of weeks ago Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 was given away for free on all other formats. Switch owners didn't get a look in.

That is if your pro controller ever picks out an update. Every single time there's a system update I connect it to the dock to be told its up to date.

I thought these only updated when connected by USB to the dock, or have Nintendo changed how they update?

It looks a lot like Dead Nation on the PS3/4 which is a great game. If it drops from that really expensive price and is anything like that then I'll definitely give this a go.

I'm all for the themes idea and oh God yes for that regional mute. I have a UK, US & Japan account and it clogs my Switch news feed up terribly.
