Re: 1TB Micro SD Cards Are About To Hit Stores, Perfect For Your Switch Storage Woes

TheFatPlumber

@SwitchForce
Well its not a dumb idea at all. If you read the comment I made I said about using one for storage to be able to transfer games to and from a HDD to save the costs of continually buying micro SD cards that can very easily be filled. Thus the element of portability is retained. And so is the choice of playing docked mode like a home console does with memory that can accommodate everything the user needs.

So you can take your ill judged comment right back to the stone age and stay there with it.

And you're also aware that you contradicted yourself in your insult, right?

"What kinda dumb idea is that to make ext HDD support it was made for portable on the go and docked."

So the US gets a choice of physical or digital. We get digital or nothing.

Yeah, thanks Capcom.

You won't be at all bothered how much we have to spend on the huge cost of memory cards while you're sitting up there in your ivory towers are you? And even importing them will cost a vastly larger amount than it should.

No thanks, I'd rather keep my money and spend it on something else.

Not mentioned in your questions but I'd really like to see a retro section; whether that's features of old school games or guides, retro reviews (has it stood the test of time? etc ), or trailers, mini play throughs for past Nintendo systems.

I realise that's a massive undertaking but nurtured slowly it could become something epic. Nintendo past and present.

Re: Poll: Is Your Nintendo Switch Cracking Under The Pressure?

I don't have that but I do get what seems to be my screen peeling off on the top right side every so often. You can see where its coming away from the unit. I keep having to press it down and rub a little (the way you would with a plaster) for it to go back down only for it to pop back up a little while later.

I'm monitoring this and if it gets worse I'll be contacting them

Re: Nintendo Is Shutting Down StreetPass Relay Stations In Japan

This is actually very sad news. A criminally under used feature (only eclipsed by the blatant ignoring of the AR features which Kid Icarus used to my knowledge besides the pack in software) that never really got the attention it deserved from developers and the general public alike.

The odd game did use it in a fairly decent way but more often than not, it felt like something that was tacked on to check a box. I will miss it, I used to enjoy seeing my green light come on, but sadly that hasn't happened in ages, especially when there was an event and you'd get loads from overseas.

I can at least say I'm fortunate enough to have collected every purple piece of the StreetPass puzzles so while "random", it is technically possible to finish my last couple completely.
