I don’t understand why they dropped the transforming mechanism, that was the best part of the previous game, and made it totally unique from other kart racers including the King itself Mario Kart. They should have just expanded on the previous game, instead it just looks like a generic step backwards.

I’m gonna give this a try to check out Zelda VR. Wish there was a basic kit with only the headset, but $40 for the gun pack isn’t too bad. This will likely be my only Labo purchase ever, and my first look at VR, albeit in a limted form. Hope they add support for Mario Kart VR.

The lack of transparency around the Switch release caused me to pre-order it for my X instead.

I feel bad for people who don't use emulators.

I'm as excited for this as anyone, but I really wish they had of stuck with pixel art for this game. It's just not the same with these modern slick cartoon graphics.

Awesome. Now I’ll actually play this game. Bought for my X at launch, but never played it because it didn’t feel right on that console. Now that it’s coming to Switch, however, I’ll definitely give it a go.

I don't use Game Pass on my One X, but if it came to Switch I'd definitely subscribe to it. That would be dope. Sign me up.

No stereoscopic 3D is a deal breaker.

I really tried to like this game on my One X but it was just terrible. Online sessions took forever to connect (15 min or more), graphics were ugly and dated, looked like something from the PS2 era, and it was full of glitches and bugs. The gameplay was fun when it worked, and maybe they've improved it since launch, but it was honestly shocking how dated and bad this game was when it was first released.

I'm getting this for my One X. I was originally planning to get it for Switch, but there's too many variables holding it back. No pre-order option (no Shao Kahn?), no deluxe version, and it's being ported by a third party instead of by Netherlands themselves. We really don't know what the quality will be like for the Switch version. As a serious Mortal Kombat fan, I think I need to go for the X version and wait and see on Switch.

If it's amazing for Switch I might buy it for both consoles, but the X is definitely getting my money first. I can pre-order it there, for one.

They better all be on there if they expect anyone to buy this thing.

I’m glad he’s gone. Let’s not act like someone died here, he retired a millionaire on his own accord. I’m sure he’s a perfectly likeable person in real life, but as a CEO he was terrible. Every time he spoke it made me want to distance myself from Nintendo. He had the exact opposite effect of what he was supposed to have. Maybe the new CEO can refrain from calling his audience “consumers” in every other sentence, man that was annoying.

It’s true gaming is addictive and bad for you and a total waste of time and money. There’s a million other things you could do that are more important and more fulfilling. Face it.

That said video games are still lots of fun and I play them anyways.

They should hurry up and announce them because this year looks even worse than last year so far.

They are so slow and painfully backwards when it comes to online services. If it wasn’t for online gameplay with my brother, there’s no way I’d pay for their crappy service. Even at $20 per year it’s not worth it.

I can’t tell the difference between HD rumble on Switch and normal rumble on other consoles. HD just feels like a weaker more annoying rumble.
