Wait until you see them coming out swinging with the software launch!! I expect at least og switch type releases if not more and some BIG name IP's. They know it all comes down to software and N has been on point with all the great games we have gotten. Next level as they always seem to come up with all these original and fun gameplay. This generation has really shown me Nintendo has grown.
TOO EXCITES!!!!!!!!!!!!

@somnambulance gris was really meant to be an emotional journey. some people just took it as a random platformer, but it's far from it. I was nearly in tears, there is some dark moments and also some overcoming with joy. I connected emotionally in a big way as simply didn't think oh wow a bad mario game. Gris is one of the best games I have ever played. it's ok if it doesn't connect with you!!

Re: Talking Point: Would $499 Be Too Much For 'Switch 2'?

Let's take a deep breath and look at what's going on in the world, massive inflation, employee payrolls are up etc. Everyone knows Nintendo will never be cutting edge and it's way harder to work with an envelope profile when it comes to a hybrid console. If it's very similar to switch they have a really good advantage when it comes to certain components which could help in cost. However if rumors are true with it being PS4 pro levels in that form factor we need to expect a price tag to come along with it, thing is it's all conjecture because we don't have any real proof! I'm eagerly anticipating the switch predecessor and would pay the asking price because this generation nintendo has turned their software upside down being extraordinary and I know it won't stop. I'm not missing out on the future, especially Prime 4 which could be a crossover game!

Re: Soapbox: Has Nintendo Set A Precedent That 'Switch 2' Can't Hope To Match?

just think back to the Wii, so many people were like this will suck etc. but it felt so natural, that's what empowered it. you show anyone that game and they immediately can pick up and play. it really seemed like a massive risk but nintendo always seems to figure out how to leverage technology in software.

it will probably be more difficult to replicate the success of the switch, but, i would'nt put it past them.
