Lol at the innovation, dynamax is the worst thing ever, i plan on skipping Sword and Shield just because of it and bought Letsgo Pikachu last week (which i initially was planning to skip).

All i wanted was a breath of the wild like revamp of the Kanto region, again playing with Pokemon Trainer Red and Green as a rival. Same story but with depth to the lore of the Kanto region, maybe some side quest with some NPCs (which could give additional story and XP besides the main quest, maybe even replayable for leveling up pokemon). You know just a small reboot.

But no we got Letsgo and though i was really hyped for S&S dynamax destroys everything what pokemon is. Mega evolution and even Zmoves complimented the lore in some ways but Dynamax is just a unapologetic gimmick.

@KBuckley27 Nintendo should do TV ads like they do for Mario and Zelda.

You shouldn't look it from a gamers standpoint but more from IT perspective. The comparison wouldnt detract people from the Switch version because only we lifeless geeks are watching videos like that, to directly notice the difference.

I still play my 3DS and still a few games on 1st playthrough.

After almost 2 years i have almost finished Majoras Mask 3d for the 1st time (after playing OoT for 2nd time but almost 100%)

Finished Resident Evil revelations 2 months ago, played it earlier in my 3ds life but sold it and then rebought it in 2017. Replayed Metal Gear Solid 3d and finished last week for the 2nd time.

After finishing Zelda i will restart Xenoblade chronicles 3D and recently bought Metroid Samus Returns and also playing Donkey Kong Country Returns. I might buy Dragon Quest 8 3DS but otherwise those are the last games i will buy and play actively.

I deliberately play my 3ds more then my Switch because i spend a lot of Money it and before i fully commit to the Switch(which also is asking more for my attention) i want to atleast finish all games that interest me on 3DS and who also have a sequel on Switch.

I play Switch on breaks at work and my 3DS at home.

I really wonder how this will all turn out. Would be nice, but then again...

They will sell it at 30 unfortunately, but i notice that Capcom games get discounts a lot more times then 1st party games and some other 3rd party games.

This will then lower their games around 15 to 20 bucks and that causes them to be very noticeable in the Eshop too.

If it wasnt for that then id be annoyed too but i kinda see where they are going with this. Though doesnt mean i defend it, but i can understand their business plan to make some profit.

Of course its stable, this is like DUH to me. The 3DS is a nice starting device to play games on no matter what age you are. It has so many games, Nintendo should be crazy fully stopping support and shutting down the eshop.

3DS is really eternal in that sense, so many games. Just having Ocarina of Time-3d en Majoras Mask-3d on it makes it an amazing machine to have.

Neat but i think i wont buy this if capcom prices this like the resident evil games. Especially with bayonetta around.

Yeah i agree, it looks much better but problem remains this actually shouldnt happen at all, even if i get bothered by people who complain to much about it.

We are going in to the 3rd yearof the Switch, i can understand it for now but i expect Nintendo and 3rd parties to invest in having the games fully on the card.

Its a bummer the game isnt really physical, but i will still buy it anyways.

The developers still took the time to port it over and have us another (AAA) 3rd party game on a Nintendo console.

People are really being to harsh on the situation knowing well what compromises can be made for having certain big games on Switch.

Its unfortunate that gamecards are still expensive but you have to start somewhere to make such mediums cheaper through time.

Ok i get that its annoying but that people keep on hyping up the complaints is just as annoying.

Its one of the compensations for having a device as the Switch. Its sucks but that is how it is now and i kinda accepted that i have 'invested' in the future of 'hybrid gaming' wether through Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft.

It will also be better because the Mobile storage will become cheaper over time and same with gamecards because their will be more demand for more capacity, so its just the economics of it. Phones, and cameras also play a major role in this with microSD.

I really dont see why i should be affraid of the eshop closing and stuff. They announced it way beforehand with the Wii and you could re-download everything before they closed.

Besides i think it will take a few years before we have to worry about that and maybe with their current network it might not be a problem at all.

Its unfortunate but i dont mind it that much. Its 30 dollars and also a spin off title. Though i woulnt mind paying extra 10bucks to have it physical.

MK11 has a very active scene that even predates Smash bros.

@electrolite77, Lol, at the end of the day i already have what i want. And it really aint a problem its just people asking for more then they should get.

Even if a Switch mini will come then people will still complain that certain games can't be played or might have more power or performance issues or that they want a smaller device so that they can still connect to the TV etc.

So no, i hope they dont released a Switch mini but rather invest in a Switch pro or 2.0 that can be release in a few years from now.

If people want a handheld, play a 3DS, try to find a Vita or even better, play on your flipping phone.

@nintendosage, thats not my problem. I know the 3ds sales is much lower now but people should quit asking for a Switch mini.

@JaxonH, i agree. i wasnt playing much during the 7th gen. mostly handhelds (DS and PSP) and Switch is my 1st homeconsole sinds Gamecube and PS2. Only had 3ds before and still play 3DS.

i like most the ports and i wish people would stop complaining about this. as long as the ports are good why complain when other people do want it. You dont have to buy it.

Only people who are still not convinced of the Switch succes are the ones complaining about the 7th gen or older 8th gen ports.

The Switch is fine as it is. We only need a Switch pro around 2022.

If people really want to game on a budget and fully portable then buy a 3DS.

Not everyone who likes DBZ is a freak like us😅. A lot of people who know Dragonballz from 90s not knowing its still Booming this day.

My point is more that FighterZ is better playable with casual fans while Xenoverse2 needs more explaining, its not pick up and play while FZ is.

The free roaming concept just works better to simulate DBZ action(supersonic warriors on GBA started this before Tenkaichi) , while FZ converts DBZ to a 2d fighting game.

@StephenYap3 You have a point. DragonballFZ is ironically more for the casuals when it comes to the Dragonball fandom. Like the people who like DBZ because it reminded them of Street Fighter (You know hadoken, Kamehameha) will like FighterZ a lot, especially on a more competitive level.

Xenoverse and Tenkaichi/Ragingblast are more DBZ simulators then fighting games and i prefer more development for these type of games too. Even more in the Tenkaichi line then Xenoverse.

Bayonetta 2 had a better cover. They put a small banner in the left corner that said there is a download code for bayo1 banner the banner had the aeshetic of the 1st game.

Ash is based on the Red trainer, specifically his first design that also appears in the Letsgo games.

Letsgo is based on Yellow which had more influences from the anime. So you could say the Letsgo trainer is lightly based on Ash. Quite confusing if you dont know.

its great that on other platforms its cheaper when released on Switch but that doesnt mean it aint worth the full price.

its very contradictory, that when its 60 on launch day on ps4 and xb1 its okay but then on Switch its a problem because its released later.

I want a trilogy first anyways and wouldnt mind ports of the Gamecube zelda games either.

The 1st game is the main dish and that is fully on the cartridge. Its not like Doom and Wolf2(and even that didnt bother me that much, was more a matter of principle).

The only game i resold out of not liking it was mario and Luigi superstar saga on GBA, its a great game but it gave me a lot frustrations at that time on my GBA and traded it for Def Jam Vendetta on GC with a NWA cd.

Well these are also assisting with the PC version so maybe they are like Panic Button.

Besides the more companies working with the Switch the better.

I dont mind another cinematic Pokemon movie with Mewtwo.

Mewtwo from the Anime has a perfect backstory for a live action movie and also the issue with cloning.

The cgi visual arent bad, its the best thing you can do to transfer pokemon in reallife without them losing their charm from the games artwork.

Pokemon hollywood movies could be a great and fun way to touch upon morals based on life and nature in general.

They are very nice.

This can become a massive hit. Especially knowing that designs can be endless with all the Pokémon available.

The way the franchise is expanding is now great to see. They are kinda aknowledging their older fans more and not just the kids of today.

I was bummed them not even mentioning the Switch. Maybe in a Direct and they want hold it for that but still very strange.

If EA releases good games i dont mind spending money.

Those lootbox things didnt effect me because i havent played a EA game in years, bought fifa 18 last summer for 20 bucks on eshop but play it very rarely.

But i did like Def Jam 1 and 2, Need for Speed U2 and other games. Many EA games i havent played and new games are always welcome (without the scams).

I like the industry to strive forward but not just for the sake of it. The PS4(pro) could live on actively for another 5 years atleast, finishing a 10 year lifespan. But they are already treating it as the Vita it seems only with much better sales.

I really wonder how many people in general are waiting for a PS5 now especially with RED DEAD 2 just released showing how much current generation still has to offer.

Sony can better focus on their movie devision especialy with Spiderman, because Venom is their luck right now.

PS4pro stil runs games very well and it still has a lot of potential.

8K output isnt a incentive to buy one and consumers should stop falling for this, and it kinda exposes what they are doing( i mean consoles just kept up with 4k).

If PS5 is 8k focused then the problems solved with the PS4pro will start all over again( waiting years for games, day one patches,) yeye i bet that the 1st year will consist of PS4 ports or backward compatability with 8k patches.

PS4pro is the best console on the market in general its kinda dumb for sony to try to lower sales with a new console for things most people dont care that much about.

Almost no one i know that has a PS4 does al the highest settings and the HDR juicy mango parfait on their TV. They just want to play anew game as soon as possible.

The designs in the movie arent THAT realistic at all, people who say otherwise don't draw or create thing themselves. Its literally the cartoon style in realistic form/details, it aint a realistic version of these creatures like in the fanart.
