Good idea to move the BT menu.
Hopefully they moved it to somewhere that's quicker to find.
The BT connection screws up frequently, so you need to go there pretty often if you like using it.
Good of them to let us screenshot the store too.
The gallery is a lot more accessible than your wishlist, if you want to remind yourself of what you're keeping an eye on.
I rarely use Steam, but I feel like I should get it just to support the effort. Could also be fun to buy the cartridge, and play it on the GameCube. :v
@Knightrider1 The limbo has been an ongoing situation for fifteen years, so I would not expect the war to have played a role, or that it will be much of a concern from here.
@Knightrider1 I'm curious to how you think the situation with Ukraine and Russia will affect the digital re-release of a 25-year-old game. Is it the portrayal of Russia you could see working as a form of aggression?
I like the game concept and the characters very much, but I'm not much of an online competitor, and the lack of proper motion controls is really a dealbreaker for me.
So I don't anticipate playing it myself, but will be watching from the sidelines on occasion.
Not sure everyone would agree that the visuals are drastically improved. They're moving from flat-shaded characters on prerendered backdrops to full 3D with comic book outlines on everything. It's a somewhat different aesthetic overall.
That said, I never played Fear Effect, so I'm not one to judge whether the new clothes suit the emperor.
Still an interesting find. I'd love to see what a professional conservator of documents could make of these.
However, in the end, does it matter? Who cares if an NES cartridge in a factory sealed box even still works? It looses its value if you open it anyway. It's a Schrödinger's Cat situation.
I hope Sakurai gets to do something completely different, with a decent budget as well.
But maybe what he's talking about here is going back to posting pictures of his cats. :v
I'm confused as to how 3D they can be said to be. Aren't they just videos running on a 2D screen that only appear correctly if seen from the corner? If so, this is mostly just a new use of technology we have had for decades.
@Not_Soos I thought about this too, but I'm sure it would be insane to make technology similar to the 3DS work for something like a billboard, that should be visible from so many different angles and distances.
I always think it's a bit silly when they build the large sculptures to look as if they're made from large lego-pieces, but it's this a lot of fun to see it this massive! :v
@NotSoCryptic I fully agree! However, this article is not about adding other media to a game franchise at all. It's about ingesting thematically related works from different mediums at the same time.
This is a fun setup for recommendations! :v One mixture I -can- recommend if you want to feel absolutely terrified is
Killer 7 + House of Leaves
They don't really overlap thematically, but they share parts of their character portrayal, and both stories are experienced through layers of retelling or distorted viewpoints, making it hard for the audience to gauge if we're told the truth, or some character's version of it.
So he didn't "spend" the money on making the statement as such. He has the stock now, and could sell it again. Or wait until the split and possibly make a lot of money from it.
@locky-mavo I don't think the reaction was expected. Not by the developers at least. They were excited to show the game. And it's perfectly possible to deny that the game looks bad, as this is just an opinion.
Some are trying to paint it as if Ron is playing the victim here. He's not really. He's just informing us honestly that he's shutting down the site because people are being brutally negative. And that the negativity has a predictably negative impact on his enthusiasm for sharing.
That opening text in the trailer is still somwhat misleading. Many objects in the game are NOT procedurally generated, even if their placement may be. And, aren't quite many planets heavily implied to have been previously explored?
Kotick isn't a cool dude. BUT. He's a terrific business man.
If I was about to buy a company at the sort of price Microsoft is willing to pay, I'd probably not want the man who built it to just grab his coat and leave. That'd be rather unorthodox, no matter what he is accused of.

Re: Nintendo Introduces The Cast Of Bayonetta 3
Haha, the writing's a little too peppy to me, but it's nice to have an on-point summary of the cast. ^^

Actual highlights on each of her thighs, and her cleavage now emphasized by shirt, vest, AND jewelry. ^^
These guys know what they're doing.
Re: 'The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom' Launches In May 2023
It was never known as BotW2.
And now, luckily, people will also stop referring to it as such.

I'm listening when the game licenses themselves are NFTs and not a moment sooner.

Re: Poll: Do You Actually Want Switch Ports Wind Waker And Twilight Princess?
I wouldn't mind them on Switch, but not if they look like the Wii U versions. Those were really not very attractive.
Re: Skyrim Anniversary Edition Has Been Rated For Nintendo Switch (Again)
Ah yes,now the 11th anniversary is coming up for the game released on 11.11.11. ^^
Very curious to see if further optimization has been managed for the Switch version.

Hope the emulation does it justice.

I have never before seen anyone swallow up studios at the rate Embracer Group does these years.
I hope they hire the necessary amount of coordinators and "big picture" thinkers to make the most of it.

Re: Nikkei Report Says No New Nintendo Hardware Is Coming This Fiscal Year
What's surprising is that some people genuinely thought Nintendo were looking to damage the sales of their super popular system by announcing a successor.
In the middle of a prolonged semiconductor shortage.
And with a new mainline Pokémon coming out soon.

Right from the very first reveal teaser. ^_^;;
Re: Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Appears To Feature English & Japanese Lip-Syncs
This looks largely automated to me. Both versions. In which case there would be rather little work in terms of actual animation going on.
