@linklefan IMO problem is, you get to enter your own name. If the character doesn't speak then you can imagine yourself speaking and that's fine. But if the character does speak and they have a voice vastly different to yours then it's going to feel weird and more disconnected than usual.

Yeah, I agree that gameplay>graphics. What I meant was that they're the only really noticeable difference between games nowadays.

@Grayfoxz What you're saying there about the graphics is one of the key points. They're probably the most changeable thing between games and if the games are gonna keep selling they're gonna need more and better graphics and battle animations especially. I bet in a couple of decades we'll have Pokkén tournament style battles on a handheld. (Handheld being by that time 2x as big as a Wii U gamepad)
