Re: Video: Feast Your Eyes On Ten Minutes Of Splatoon 2 Gameplay

So the pro controller will use motion control like the gamepad? If so this is great! Been waiting for this feature. This will also make lokal multiplayer more easy, as for now only one player can use the gamepad for gyro controls. It's fun that there will be a campain, but for me this game is for online play. Of course it looks like the original game, but what do you expect? We should be happy this will be released so close to launch. Most of the game will look the same because we allready played the first, they don't need to make big changes to the game. Most of the game is fine, there are just a few things they should improve. This doesn't mean they have to change major things in the game, so I welcome an updated Switch version.

Re: Pokémon GO Arrives in 26 More European Countries

PaperMario64

@KTT Who are you to decide which country gets the app first? That's right. Nobody.

It's real easy to live in one of the first countries to get the app and then start complaining about server issues when it's introduced to others.

You people are some piece of work to think you deserve to play the game more then others. I can't even find a fitting name to call you without being cencored.

@Ooyah Nice deflection, you are so full of ****. You literally complained how you poor british have to suffer for a few hours downtime because: "this feels like way too many countries to add all at once!"

I think they should remove the app from the UK and give it another country where they don't have self-entitled brats like you.

Btw: When you are crying about downtime and how Nintendo will loose revenue because of this, the stocks goes up 93 %. Keep crying while Nintendo counts your money.

I've been waiting for the game to be released in my country since launch. It's disgusting to see people like you complaining about a few hours of server issues, when you had the app available for days or weeks. You must be really self-centered and selfish if you can't be happy that more people can download the app besides yourself. Self-indulgent piece of ****

Re: The Next Nintendo Direct is on 12th November

PaperMario64

My hype is exactly 7/10.
Zelda TP HD remaster would be awesome, but it's likely to be just the Wii version. SSB ballot, new announcements and release dates is what I hope for!
I'm not expecting much, but I hope it will be entertaining at least

Re: Sources Suggest Nintendo NX Is A Fusion Of Home And Mobile Hardware Powered By "Industry-Leading" Tech

PaperMario64

I remain skeptical to fusion between home console and portable. Not that it's not likely to happen with the NX, much of the rumors surrounding the system point to exactly this happening.

The Wii U is a bit overpriced because of the Gamepad, compared to how useful it is. I enjoy Off-TV play when I use the TV for something else, but I would take a Pro Controller and TV-screen over the Gamepad in most scenarios.

If they make some sort of Gamepad you can take anywhere. There is no need for buying two separate systems, which is a good thing. Making the system with cutting edge hardware would also take the price tag high.

I think the best approach is to just make a good home console, and a portable that can be used with it, just like the Gamepad only better, sold separately.

Anyway, looking forward to what they have in mind with the NX.

Re: Review: Devil's Third (Wii U)

PaperMario64

It sounds like a 5/10 or worse.

The game is still suffering from what was addressed in the previews. It certainly looks like a fun game, both multiplayer and single-player, but with all the graphical issues, bugs and apparently stiff aiming I won't buy this game. Maybe after pricedrop, MAYBE.

There are too many good games coming so my money goes to FF5, Fast Racing Neo, XCX etc.

Re: Negative Reception For Devil's Third Is Due To Poor Player Skill, Claims Tomonobu Itagaki

PaperMario64

@thatguyEZ Players skill is a valid point if they want to give out a correct image of the game. People bad at a game will blame the game and says it sucks, while good players will have a more positive attitude.

On the other hand I would say Itagaki is out of line with this comment. As a developer he shouldn't blaming journalists for not liking the game. From what I read the difficulty was not the problem in the game, so it sounds like he's defensive and in damage control mode.

I will wait and see the rewievs before buying this game.
