It doesn't need amazing graphics, just modern processing power and an actual hard drive.

It needs to be able to compete though, so it needs to be equal or more powerful than those other consoles not only for 3rd party publishers but also because there isn't an excuse for it not to be.

While the source isn't always right, the screen size and control feedback seem realistic. Unless they delay the NX until December, they better reveal it soon.

That created some massive damage to the Mega Man franchise. And while Legends 3 is gone for good, maybe someday we might get a 3D mega man game similar to it. I never knew how poorly it was handled, with a demo serving as an interest gauge/funding tool and a community design group dictating whether or not the executives were interested in making it.

I see no problem with it. More sponsorships means more pokestops.

This might actually give me a reason to get Mario Party 10. And maybe even LCU.

I'm really unsure about whether or not I like it. I know I won't buy it until it has a library big enough to justify the purchase.

This is going to help Sun and Moon. Pokemon has been popular for the past two decades, it's as if investors forgot and just suddenly realized that it is still popular.

A lot of those good games seem to be exceptions to the rule. So many scams and dissapointments come out of Kickstarter, so many people like me don't fund them.

I'd take an excellent platformer with rpg elements like Super Paper Mario again. The lucky cat and fan in the trailer are very similar to the mandatory boss fight stickers from sticker star. If the game doesn't have those wiggler fetch quests it will be an improvement.

I don't know... It doesn't look exactly like Sticker Star (which wasn't terrible, just not very good), but I didn't see enough of the battling to know if the cards are like stickers or if there is a leveling system. The graphics are great though. The main problem with Sticker Star was that stickers were very annoying to manage and battles were pointless. That and the bosses were op and the puzzles were either annoying or impossible. If this fixes those problems, it will be good.

Looks a bit like Zelda with some Final Fantasy elements. Very interesting, so I think I will get it.

Their plans have improved since the announcement of the Zelda stuff. I like Zelda, but not enough for all of E3. I don't have that high of expectations, yet the more they unveil the more excited I get.

The first time in years that I'm not looking forward to E3 :/

This sounds like the unorganized and unsuccessful Nintendo of the 1960s. Just keep gaming as your main priority Nintendo.

I've never tried this series before. The lack of gameplay always seemed unappealing, but maybe I will get this if I get that collection on the E-Shop.

I was never interested in Disney Infinity, but this just shows how far the toys to life business has shrunk.

No direct means no E3. This would be fine for the second or third day, but if this is the only thing that they are doing, Nintendo will have some of the worst E3s in company history back-to-back.

And if Nintendo don't have any plans with an IP (F-Zero) then they should allow other 3rd party studios to try and make a worthy sequel.

When it comes to merchandise and marketing, of course. But the more they use them, the more value they can lose. They are very popular and valuable, and they should be careful with how they use them and who they allow to use them.

Club Nintendo was WAY better. Even with those surveys.

I own all of these games. And even if I didn't, these discounts are way too small.

This is a ridiculous idea that will hurt fans and the NX. After last years E3, they need a good showing.

Then why are you on a Nintendo site?

Not surprising. I knew 2017 would be the NX release date, but it sounds like E3 will be worse than last years (which is almost impossible). This gen started in 2011/12 and will end in 2017. That is the usual Nintendo console cycle length.

Miitomo is sooooo boring. My Nintendo is nice, but I just uninstalled Miitomo.

I bet this and Luigi's Mansion are both coming to NX.

Is it a good gimmick or a bad one? People call the Wii U and 3DS a little gimmicky, but I think that they are great. As for Luigi's Mansion 3, I think it's plausible, but so is any series sequel that could make money. E3 can't come soon enough.

Overly ambitious, but considering how bad the franchise has fallen, this wouldn't have been a bad idea.

I think they are sequels, not remakes. Porting these games that people already bought won't lead to high sales. Plus, every Nintendo console since the Gameboy Color has had backwards compatibility, why wouldn't this?
