I think I'm gonna buy Super Metroid and play it for the first time.

I wonder what the actual title will be? Looks kind of like Super Paper Mario so that's cool.

Surprisingly catchy and it also matches the game very well.

I almost wish they hadn't said this. The last thing we need is a rushed Pokémon game on a brand new platform.

It looks so impressive, and I can't believe how well the open world looks and feels. They kept bringing up Super Mario Sunshine when describing the game and I can definitely see the comparison.

2 new Metroid games announced in the span of an hour. I think Nintendo won E3.

Hopefully we get more characters than just the ines from the 3DS games.

Best announcement of the direct by far. It can come out in 2025 and I would still wait. Looks like I will need a Switch by 2018.

No E3 2015?

Wii U ports won't get people like me to buy this thing in 2017. Quick games are nice, but aside from Super Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2, and Arms (which I wouldn't consider a system seller), there isn't anything coming out in 2017 that would stop me from waiting a year or two (Xenoblade looks cool but I bet it will be delayed). If Nintendo showed off some big titles coming to the Switch next year or beyond it would sway a lot of people like me who are ok with waiting.

See? Free water bottles are so much better than free virtual console games! I wish My Nintendo didn't exist.

Do I need to play the other Etrian Odyssey games to play this one?

These were my favorite games in the series... until heart gold and soul silver came out

What a curveball. I understand that the Switch is kind of recent and that this game was probably made well before its release, but this game still feels very unnecessary. It's not on Switch or a gen 1/gen 4 remake for either Switch or 3DS, so what's the point? Also those weird forms of the legendary Pokémon look weird.

I have yet to buy a Switch and so far I'm only missing out on enhanced ports. Hopefully E3 changes my mind.

I'm hoping for more partner Pokémon and stages as well, but a new mode and 5 new fighters is pretty good.

I bet it will be a Pokémon stadium/Battle Revolution type game releasing this year. This would allow them to make all of the models in HD instead of doing all that and making a game on top of that.

I watch every press conference besides pc. E3 is always a great time of year.

$20 a year is great compared to the competition. Just don't try to be too unique and ruin it.

Wow, and this is by selling actual video games and not selling out like every investor wanted them to.

It sucks that they have waited this long for it but I guess it's a win win. Nintendo gets to make some cash and China gets an awesome game.

I voted Tom Nook because I think he has a lot of potentiality cool move set ideas.

I think less characters means less characters that are competitively viable (not many Melee characters are).

More third party characters! The 3rd party characters they have recently added have been so cool and there are plenty more (like Sora or Monster Hunter) that could be great additions.

I don't have a Switch, but this game went from looking like a gimmicky Wii boxing clone to looking like an awesome new IP. The modes, characters, and customization have won me over.

The art on these old Nintendo comics is always awesome to see. Considering how simple Dr.Mario is, it's crazy that they were able to craft a story like that from it.

I'm really interested in this so hopefully people play it online.

That bundle might make me consider getting a Switch... If it weren't exclusive to Japan and didn't cost more than a standard Switch.

Maybe it's that rabbids game or the new Assassins Creed?

An HD remaster of Daytona USA with online multiplayer would be sweet. A real Mega Man game would also be great but it's highly unlikely.

I can believe it. Considering they are already brainstorming on the sequel to BOTW I can imagine why they want to ride BOTW's momentum. The Zelda series is huge with plenty of mini games or possible ideas for a mobile game so I'm interested to see what they come up with. Just no Metroid mobile game plz...

It's something they see promise in, so they want to use it before their competition makes it big. It's awesome advertisement as well, and playing a game competitively would be fun.

We need some big Switch announcements, and Nintendo needs to dig into their vault of IPs which means sequels to dormant franchises like Metroid and VC titles from the Game Cube. Give me a compelling reason to buy a Switch besides two Wii U ports! Also the 3DS should have some fun surprises.

My Nintendo could use literally anything to make it worth logging on weekly. People complained about Club Nintendo for no reason, but My Nintendo is so bad.

Badges were ok but they weren't worth paying money for. Also the games were definitely rigged. I wonder if they made enough money with it to make a Switch version worth making.

Aside from Hyrule Warriors which was a port, I would say only 5 of those games were actually good.

It will be a good E3 for Nintendo as long as they announce some big Switch games. Anything announced for 3DS will be great, but they really need some showstoppers on Switch. Give me a reason to buy a Switch in 2017 besides two Wii U ports!

If only they localized the trilogy cartridge in NA. I would buy it on the spot so I could get the other games too.

Kirby is easily one of Nintendo's best franchises. I think Super Star Ultra on DS is the best game, but there are so many good games in this series that it's hard to pick just one.

If they bring equivalent ports to the Switch then it is very important that Nintendo fans buy it. If you want 3rd party games on Nintendo platforms, buy them! If you don't buy them you have no right to complain.

If you want the Switch to have 3rd party support, then supporting a game like this is a must.

The cards look awesome, but the game itself is facing a major power creep. They need to make some good counters against gx cards.

That's a lot of dlc, but most of it seems very optional. It's too much dlc imo, but only packs 3 and 4 sound important. Locking classes and other important story chapters behind dlc is a dangerous concept.

It's not bad for a first round of DLC. A lot of these are just small additions to an already incredible game.
