For me, it didn't live up to the extreme hype I've seen around various places, but it is good. I've got it physically and digitally.

I have to agree with the guy up top, though. I think indies are doing so well because there isn't much in the way of AAA.

All these games better be cheaper to compete with Fortnite tbh.

There's nothing wrong with my day 1 Switch... with literally hundreds of hours of playtime. But I'm not saying it doesn't happen.

If Nintendo said 'OK, there's a problem here', imagine their losses when everyone that has legitimately dropped their Switches rushes to abuse it.

Keep images like this off of its eShop listing, and let the ratings board do the rest.

@Shiryu In 1991 I was playing Sonic. If I had this back then maybe I'd be nostalgic about it. I think this is the kind of game that you could get away just watching on YouTube.

Highly over rated imo. Couldn't get into its trial and error gameplay.

Got mine at the midnight launch. Mine is fine thank goodness. There's a bit where it looks like it might have 'warped', but I checked my girlfriends and brothers (much newer) Switch consoles and they've got it too, straight out the box. So I'm good there. Bet you're happy you read that!

I think Nintendo probably 'footed' the bill for FIFA (which I also don't care for btw) on Switch. I hope they didn't waste too much money on it.

Shibata seemed a really kind and gentle guy, but I don't think he was quite charismatic enough to be featured in Directs. His English was also a bit difficult for me to understand. Granted, that could be me.

Why bother with an Xbox One? PS4 has all the same games and more.

Genuinely surprised by the UK here. I can't speak for the rest of the country, but in my city and neighbouring towns, Nintendo don't get any shelf space. Not stocked in any supermarket besides ASDA.

Hats off to Ninty, but I also think it's an indicator that Xbox is just doing poorly. The newest model just throws power around. That might be good if there were some nice exclusives.

Not gonna lie, I got a PS4 just for World. It wasn't even that good. I'd rather Generations. Gens isn't anywhere near as good as 4U. But I'll take it.

I love how 'full motion video' was a selling point once upon a time. I didn't liked FMV games back in the 90s... Actually, scratch that. Road Avenger was awesome. Don't think I'll be trying this one though, unless it's dirt cheap.

It still stands though, a year on. Ninty really need to solve this. I've put hundreds of hours into multiple games. If my Switch breaks now I might just give up on it.

I saw this earlier and didn't notice it was see-through.

This isn't the first time I have been shocked by something on the eShop. There's another indie game, can't remember what it's called, but it's about driving... and there's a swear word in the trailer.

Interesting to hear of a game failing on the Switch. The game did look a bit boring though, tbh.

While it's not terrible, there's not a whole lot of 'must haves' going on there for me.

Yes, I want Metroid and Bayo 3, but Ninty really needs to bring in something big. We had Zelda AND Mario last year... compared to that this just feels a bit measly.

I had to go with PayDay 2, Dark Souls and Wolfenstein as I've never played them.

Totally not my thing but I have no real issue with it. Wish they'd just tell us about a new system update to be honest. And some new games would be sweet.

I'm not surprised... it looks bad.

I got this when it came out as there wasn't much else to play, at least in 3D. I got used to the controls, and thought it was novel. However I got to the last level and just couldn't be bothered with it, and I haven't touched it since. Would likely not buy any DLC or sequel, but would probably give some free DLC a go.
