I can't see Nintendo doing 4K for a while yet. We've only just got a 720p screen. 1080p, at best.

A pro model might hurt the brand if released too close to a Switch 2, so in my opinion they should pick one or the other.

I'll buy the game once all micro transactions have been removed. So I'll never play RL.

Blatant marketing. This is how he was always going to look. Movie will likely suck either way but hats off to them. They've now got people excited about something they otherwise wouldn't be. Smart move.

I went crazy for 3DS over its lifespan. I have 5 different models of the thing with about 150 games.

It's sad to see it go in a way. Loved StreetPass. So many hours spent on Monster Hunter... or New Leaf, or countless others.

But in the same breath it's totally dated and I'm happy for Nintendo to lay it to rest.

I think Nintendo would be happy with any of Capcom's games releasing.

The heck is wrong with you all? The game is an absolute classic that holds up brilliantly. Think I'm getting old, lol.

I'd like to think it's because the Brits have more sense than to buy a console that will inevitably drift. Once Nintendo sorts out that problem, then and only then will I entertain the idea of a Switch Lite.

It's third party so it can be on whatever it wants, I guess...

I can see how this could be beneficial for Level-5, though. I don't think the franchise took off the way they'd hoped, at least not in the west. The PS4 is big in the west however, so they might get more exposure there.

Either way I see no harm in this being multiplat.

In regards to cross play it'd be nice if they could matchmake via controller input so controllers will play with controllers and mouse users with mouse users, etc.

Anyway, I am not interested in the game full stop but if I were a fan I'd hate to start again.

This also would make me worry that the online 'servers' might be dead on Switch.

Are amiibo even still used in games? What's the purpose of them? Collectibles?

Am I understanding this wrong? I thought with game pass you had to download the games. Wouldn't all those games need to be ported to Switch? Or is gamepass streaming?

Whatever the case, how does this work out for Microsoft? Why would I buy the Next Box when I can play their games on my Nintendo?

I don't eat meat (ew), and while I personally wouldn't mind seeing this sorta stuff in game it is actually pretty cool and progressive to add the option. Good for them I guess.

Plants Vs Zombies is all I want from them. Maybe Dead Space.

I'll pick both Turok games up eventually, but I really hope they patch in the rest of the game.

Great for those just buying a Switch. I would love the extended battery life, but not enough to buy a new one. I'll wait for Switch 2.0.

I'd buy Shadows of the Empire for Switch.... but if I wanted it for N64 then I'd just get the original. I'm assuming they're only producing NTSC carts anyway, so no use to me.

My launch edition grey Switch - took about a year but now drifts constantly.

My girlfriend's neon Switch - about a year newer than mine, drifts every time it's used.

My best friend's Switch - less than a month old, drifting.

My brother's Switch...

@SMGstudio It's a great game. Have you considered seperating the sound effects (guns, explosions), from the voices? It'd be nice to turn the voices off while keeping the gun noises.
Also touch support? Seems strange that there isn't any, but it's a fun game regardless. Thanks for the reply.

I've been wondering - perhaps someone here knows. You know the eShop charts, it says at the bottom 'the most downloaded software from the last two weeks' or whatever? Well, is it updated every day? Real time? Once a week on Thursdays? It'd be interesting to know.

Ah yes! I remember. I got Kamiko ages ago, just after it released. It was hard to avoid the praise it was getting! ...and it was so cheap!

You buy it and then very quickly realise it's one of those 'Oooh it's good for the price, but not actually very good' kinda games. Just do some research as I was let down by this one.

Tempted by OTT TD but I already have Defense Grid 2... and I doubt it'll live up to that. Might be worth a shot though? Have any of you guys played it?

It's a shame that it's so cack because I really do like the idea of low-poly as a throwback. Hopefully someone else steps up with a similar, yet well executed premise.

Imagine how stoked this indie must be with the backing of the Zelda brand. I'm not interested (tried the first game and it wasn't for me), but I do wish them success.

Perhaps if Elon Musk's broadband satellite thingy is a success, then that will allow things like streaming to finally become mainstream. Until we've all got good internet, I can't see it taking off. Nintendo should rightly keep an eye on it though, but they've got several physical consoles left at the very least, IMO.

If Mario Kart can be 60FPS then so should this game. All I'm worried about is framerate, as it's a racer.
