Oh wow. Surprising amount of good pokemon here without even mention of the alolan versions. I didnt enjoy these games for the most part, unfortunately and definitely thought was a downgrade gameplay wise from X & Y. Especially with the Z moves. However, the did introduce a good amount of very recognizable pokemon, with a new animation style for the anime, and the beginning of new versions of old Pokémon. So they still deserve quite a bit of praise.
I picked ribombee. But there's quite a few actually I have to pick from

Marvel Rivals, Elden Ring exclusive, announce GTA & Elders Scrolls will been here. and There'd be no reason to buy any other console.

A new Banjo, a new console version of Age of Empires.

I miss the days when Nintendo directs were actually exciting.
There's nothing worse than a partner showcase, where is not 3rd parties but instead 70 low budget indie games that I will never play nor never want to play. If there were actually good 3rd party games announced like Elder Scrolls, GTA, etc. Games people actually want to play. and not re-releases of games that previous Nintendo systems were not strong enough to port to, that we are now supposed to be buy all over again because the switch 2 can somewhat handle them. I'd also be happy.
I'm only cynical because this is the reality.

I want this to be amazing, I really do.

Ill likely eventually get one as long as they have other games I want to play.
If the new Elder Scrolls isn't going to make it. A Playstation might have to do this time, considering the new GTA is also likely not going to make it either. Unless the new Zelda & pokemon are completely killer unlike Trash of the Kingdom. How that sold 22mil is beyond me. Even though I bought it. It sold off of the hype of Breath of the Wild. Although all considering, im sort of glad it was made. It let people kice & play more in that specific Zelda universe that was created. I still dont like it though

The game actually costs a hundred million. And nintendo let's say makes a profit of thirty five dollars from each game. They need to sell at least three point five million copies to turn a profit of only a few million........

For the amount of time spent on tbe game it should be one of the best games ever made.

I thought yo mit yo , we're going to show the team who did the main developing. And I was like, the only thing people probably wanna do those people is beat them to death. Like after working on this game for so long , you think it was gonna be so next level. And it just seems two steps back from what it should be

Rosalina's voice just does not fit. She's event described as being elegant in the movie. There's nothing elegant about that. Brie Larson is supposedly a good actress. Maybe it was bad direction. Im sure some people will enjoy it. She sounds trans w/o trying to masque her voice to me. Kind of like Caitlyn Jenner.

Boswer Jr. sounds ok. Not bad at all. Im used to his older voice tho. I still think that fit better. But obviously they dont think it will appeal to as wide as an audience if it's too cartoonish......while being an animated film. Kind of ridiculous to me considering browsers modified mini voice rn. But whatever

@UltimateOtaku91 really dc what the score of the game is when it's just not that good. It's a 7-7.5/10 at best

@kmtrain83 yes. They deserve props. But they're marketing is good while the games aren't. It's the complete opposite from the wii u era.

And quite a few others like Pikmin 3 (definitive switch 2 edition), Switch 2 version of Paper Mario: Color Splash, and the highly requested SWITCH 2 version of Sonic Lost World.

We've all been BEGGING for these. I can't believe you aren't excited. Have you not seen how many requests for these have been everywhere online?

Won't be unless these games don't improve. Neither will DK or Zelda. The QUALITY is lacking.

@Retrograde 100% agree about bananaza. Feels empty, soulless and no fun. The many moons in oddessy and their high rate of obtainability can be frustrating. Other than that I did quite enjoy it. But Bananza is truly overhyped...slop. I really wish it wasn't though, and thats just from me playing the demo.

Sad thing is. I haven't played it yet, but I played the donkey demo on switch 2 at target last night. I have absolutely NO idea how that game got as good scores as it did....absolutely insane. I don't think it improves much at all past the demo either. I'd rate ZA higher than DK for sure

It's a bunch of put together slop. What decent graphics and some slightly thought out gameplay. If the new thread mario was supposed to be anything like they can keep it

Thank God EA isn't making this game series. They show way too much hair and skin here.

Won't be getting one until late 2026. If not 2027. This may be the first cycle ever I go Playstation. I'm waiting on the new elder scrolls and new gta which most likely will not be on switch 2.
Now that im an adult, there are very few games I see myself playing on here.
Although I do admit, the new yoshi does look charming.

The originals soundtrack is what it made it worth playing.

Makes the game dead to me. Its what made the game work so well in the original. Its like taking the most of the music out of Ocarina of Time and trying to call it the same game.
I would've bought and played this again after the ps3 (version which I still have) but there is literally no point

Rayman legends was literally only good on Wii U.
The previous installment was good on the ps 3 though
