I've always said nope because the experience looks awful. That said I have always had a passing interest in trying out some of the games, but I would rather play them emulated.

They look neat but for $165 I could really do better. Would much rather buy another pair of custom joycons with a d-pad mod.

This is why I held off on getting an OLED, after getting a rev 2 I was over buying the same hardware with minor improvements. Bring on better performance!

I always liked Postal 2 for what it is, but this one just didn't really do it for me. Yeah it's got a lot of positive reviews, but it's definitely a really odd game.

How hard can it be to port over some old SNES games? I'm guessing the new Crossroads Horizon Chase must have been the issue.

Easily Super Mario Wonder for me.

Seems like they should have the entire Tecmo arcade catalog before long.

I always felt like this was one of the most realistic snowboarding games ever made.

The lite is a great travel console, I got two of them I took offline a while back loaded up with games. It's just a great sized little portable. I always loved the solid one piece design, only drawback is the lack of rumble.

I think a lot of these old Harvest Moon games haven't aged that well now that farming sim games have become so popular, they are basically an old primitive version of the concept now a days.

@CurryPowderKeg79 I'd say it's worth it at full price anyways, only $20 and very worthwhile at that price. That said if you're determined to save an extra $4 it might go on sale soon.

Good game but I think it's a much better game to play on PS+, you can really appreciate it more on something like a PS5 and it's not exactly a keeper IMO simply because it's kind of limited for a space exploration game. Like once you beat it there's no reason to really go back to it. That said the price is right and you could certainly do worse than buying it.

I'm sure he's just taking a break for now and will return somewhere else, possibly with his own company.

As for Platinum, they are pretty much worthless now that he left.

Been thinking about buying this game, might finally just get it.

I voted Virtual Cop, Outrun, and Chu Chu Rocket.

I would love to see what they could do with a new Virtua Cop game, maybe even come up with something deep and original. For Outrun I simply love those games and would like to see a new one. Chu Chu Rocket is just an old favorite of mine and I always thought it was a real shame how it never got a sequel.

Wonder if this is the last major update.

Qdoom looks pretty cool, gonna check that out. Sigil 2 seems less interesting.

Everything about E3 harks back to the bygone era before streaming took over.

I just don't like the price, $30 is a lot for a remaster of an old N64 game. This is definitely a game to add to the wish list and wait for a sale.

I think it's time for people to stop giving it attention, it's not deserving of any respect.

I am actually amazed that they have still been around, Haze was apparently the last game they released... way back in 2008.

How do they not have Pixel Cup listed? Especially given how they list Soccer Story, which is nowhere near as good.

A bigger Rockstar mystique is why they can't make any games anymore.

Honestly I think it's kind of ridiculous how some gamers feel a need to have a game updated forever. Back in the day we used to just get a game and it would stay the same forever.

@sinndec This was the last KOF game to stick to sprites, and I think it was somewhat of a development nightmare because the HD sprites were so difficult to make. I can see why so many newer games with a 2D style moved on to 3D with effects to make it look more like 2D sprites, it's a lot less labor intensive.

Nah, I feel that the SNES original has a timeless style to it, and this remake is really unnecessary. Especially for $60, it's a hard sale for me, and I am not exactly the biggest fan of SM RPG/Paper Mario

@CaleBoi25 Yeah that was pretty much my experience lol. I even tried to play it with a kid before and they were trying to guide me along and tell me how to play it. No joke, it made me feel like such a boomer struggling and just not getting it lol. Now I know how my parents felt when I tried to play games with them lol.

Glad they added the Genesis games, those are the ones I grew up with. Would have been nice if they could have included The Lost World for the Genesis and Game Boy though.

I kinda like the original art style more to be honest, it's aged rather well.

Makes sense, it's just a mediocre collection of old classics most fans already own.

I wish they would go back to making Wario Land games.

@Dm9982 Easy to learn, tough to master is definitely how I would describe SMW.

Super Mario World can seem easy... until you try to unlock all of the secrets.

Overall though I'd say The Lost Levels is the obvious choice, but outside of that probably Mario 64 or Sunshine.

@garfreek Yeah I really don't understand the slow drip feed either. Surely they must have the rights to a ton of games on these platforms without have to make any publisher deals, yet they are taking forever to simply release a small selection of them. It's a matter made worse by the fact that these are for the most part just rom dumps, and existing emulators for platforms like Android and PC can play these games just as well if not better.

@garfreek I'd have to dig through my back catalog but they have a very light list of games at the moment. Some essentials, but loads of games I loved are nowhere to be found. The rate of games being added has also been way too slow.

Looks great, this game always suffered from early FPS controls before.

Yet another Mario Party, huh? Over the past year they have only added 4 games, and they are still lacking essentials like 1080. I'll be letting my subscription expire.
