@LikelySatan @smithyo I too would recommend Wizorb. Glad to see it getting a shoutout. It is my favourite arkanoidesk game of all time, originally I picked it up on xbox live indie game service and then on everything else it came out on too.

@Savage_Joe I refuse to play any games until we are at the 10xA level at the very least.

I will probably not be playing very much as I have eye strain. I have been given eye drops and told to reduce screen time.

It looks a bit too easy and lacking in content but the demo was fun so I may pick it up on a sale later on.

Honestly I’m in no rush and this move is more environmentally friendly plus anti-over consumption (there’s probably a better description of what I mean).

I want nes remix to come back and would love other remixes too.

I never got on board with the amiibos. I liked the idea of their functionality although I never really got into it after trying a few of them out. I also liked how you could get cards rather than a figure too.

It's an impressive lineup, not sure I've ever seen so much shovelware all in one go before.

I recently fired up my wii again via a crt and now dont feel so rushed for the switch 2.

I love the older games and would love a nes remix style sequel possibly with some game and watch elements.

Thats one way to boost the Streisand effect.

All games should have demos. This is a hill I am willing to die on.

I just watched an analytic talk about the short comings of the ps2 prior to it’s launch.

If your game trailer is cinematic I’ll be skipping it.

@LadyCharlie I had this thought too where I play some indie game which costs £0.89 and does what it set out to do really well, I give these games a 10/10 whereas a game which is more epic and bigger budgets I may only give a 7 or 8/10 not saying that the indie one is better but it achieved what it set out to do better imo. Like raindrop sprinters for eg, thats a 10/10 game.

I’m still hoping for a screenless model, the handheld function is a waste for me.

I absolutely loved the look of this game and I was away to buy it but a friend talked me out of it. He was slagging it off saying how broken it was.

I never liked the n64 or ps1. N64 was my first console and I always thought the snes was better and then when gamecube and ps2 came out I never looked back.

I picked up black widow recharged and its great. I’ll be picking up centipede too plus a couple of the compilations such as the 50th an and mania.

@Kilroy Absolutely not a scam, everyone I've ever shown it to in person was convinced.
I've tried it on lots of displays, consoles and game combinations and it absolutely is worth the money imo especially with certain games like mario odyssey and the zeldas on switch just to mention a few.
I honestly thought it would've been a must have when I got it and still dont understand why everyone doesnt use it, I guess the misinformation you mentioned may be part of it but I thought enough people would at least be curious about it.

@Mario500 it’s a device which improves the graphics of the switch via the hdmi. They cost about £80 and well worth the money. I cant believe everyone is not using it.

@Kilroy I have tried it on everything and the best consoles to use it on are the wii u and switch, I wouldnt even bother with anything else tbh.

If you want a graphical bump today then go and by the Mclassic.

@WiltonRoots I’ve recently been playing GT3 on ps2 via a crt and honestly I think I prefer that to most things on an lcd these days. It runs at 50hz but has no ghosting etc so it looks like a pc running 120fps+ due to the interlacing.

Any game which runs at 30 fps or requires the touchscreen is a scam game.

This is another where I like both equally. In this case for different reasons for each. Can we have a button for love them both equally?
