I have 2 copies of this game for my Cube.
One still brand new and sealed and one I opened and played.
Love this game.

I've used the duplication glitch for diamonds and zonaite but that's it.

I'll duplicate a lot more then update, it's been a handy little glitch I gotta admit.

Skul The Hero Slayer

This should definitely be on the list but NL doesn't even acknowledge it exists.

Great game in the same mould as Dead Cells, it even has The Prisoner as a playable character!

I've held off for the physical copy which the developer has just announced.

Looking forward to playing another Metroidvania, I can't get enough of them.
My Switch is my go to Metroidvania Machine, so many great titles.

I really enjoyed both.
Still playing this in between Totk and Souldiers.
Glad I got the Gold Edition for all the extra goodies.
Can't wait for the new stuff.

In between making stupid stuff and exploring new ways of destroying things I'm also playing Souldiers, which is an awesome Metroidvania.

The music is excellent so I am glad it got recognised.

I hope this franchise keeps going, one of the best collaborations they've done in a long while.

I recently picked up a box of 48 brand new still sealed Topps Nintendo Game Packs scratch off cards and stickers that were released in 1989!
My younger self just high fived my now older current self.

Also scalping has increased by 100% 😜

Tik Totk obviously, loving it so far, along with Greak on Switch and some Detroit Become Human on PS4.

I give Totk a solid 473 angry ducks stuck in an elevator or 83 happy giraffes joyriding in a convertible which, as anyone will tell you, is high praise indeed.

So we can call it SplaTotk.

Just about finished Mario Sparks of Hope and just started Greak.

I thought getting lost and finding your way was the whole point of a Metroidvania, you know, exploring, backtracking, leveling up etc is the norm isn't it?
I see that's positive not a negative.

A great Dead Cells game that even has the Beheaded from Dead Cells in it as a playable character!

Seriously good game.

Super Daryl Deluxe on Switch, thoroughly enjoying it.

Just about finished my second playthrough of Last of Us after enjoying the show.

Also downloaded My Friend Pedro and Outbuddies DX on Switch to start next.

Switch is my favourite Metroidvania machine, I mainly play these and not a lot else, I love how many excellent ones there are on Switch.

Afterimage, Tiny Thor, Plucky Squire, Bo, Pepper Grinder, man, there are some truly awesome indie games coming.
They keep me coming back to my Switch, I have way more indie titles than anything else on my Switch.
I hope they get physical copies.

I've used Pix n Love numerous times and they aren't like LRG that take an eternity to deliver, they're usually pretty quick, plus they have great communication.
Ask them a question and they always answer.

I love the genre and my Switch is predominantly a Metroidvania machine, which I couldn't be happier about.

I still have the original cartridge complete in mint condition with case and manual for my original DS Phat, which is worth a bit of money these days.

Please Nintendo, make new versions of 1080, Waverace, Excite Truck and for the love of everything a new F Zero.
There are those of us out there that prefer those games over Mario Kart, we do exist, we are not unicorns.

I am yet to play it.
Unfortunately I have a huge backlog to get through and this is one of them.
I bought the Limited Edition from LRG and it sits there tempting me every day.

At least by the time I do get to it I will have extra characters and modes.
Sometimes it pays to have a backlog.

Reminds me of another game that Nintendo Life didn't review called Skul: The Hero Slayer where you use different skulls that change your abilities.
It was an awesome Dead Cells style game that NL still hasn't reviewed.
Their loss as it is a great game.

Bought the Gold Edition on sale at Christmas so I look forward to playing the Tower of Doooom.

N64 for me, followed by the Cube as both those consoles have F Zero, Waverace, 1080 and the best Zelda games.

Switch is feeding off the Wii U's best games with Splatoon, MK8 etc.
