I'm also in the minority when I feel that Secret of Mana isn't even great. That combat system just felt awful to me. FFA is great though.

@Indominus_B Those games are on my radar! My problem wasn't so much with the ports as with the base games themselves.

It's on Switch, sacrifices had to be made, it's gonna be just fine. Now I just hope the game is actually good. Skyrim left me underwhelmed, and Dark Souls was the worst game I have played in like a decade.

@ShadJV They could simply model it after the solo experience, which is how most people played it anyway. Something as simple as adding a single screen before entering a level telling you your objectives would alleviate the issue. Or just leave it up to chance as in the OG.

How can you tell that it's Zelda-like? There was no gameplay shown.

But will it have local co-op on one Switch? I only see references to online play. It's the most logical thing to implement but you never know with game companies these days.

Meh. It was a fun game for a while, seeing as it was a free game meant to make the online service feel a bit more worthwhile. Paying for dlc for a game i wouldn't play if it wasn't free, that's a no from me dawg.

I guess something I'd like to see changed is the mine in the desert. Why doesn't it have save points? You already have to wait for the bus lady (iirc she arrives at noon), so you've got a shorter window of time and your actual rewards are too RNG-based down there. Always found this a tedious part of the game, halting progression and making me quit the game every time.

Where are my FOLDERS, and the separation of APPS vs GAMES (I want to be able to watch YouTube without closing a game), and PINNING GAMES for ez access?
