Re: Fired Nintendo Worker Comes Forward With An Account Of Their Dismissal

1. Rebel rouser causes issues and shows disdain for the company he works for.
2. Company decides it's not worth it for that company to be employed any longer.
3. Rebel rouser is shocked that he is no longer employed there.
4. Rebel rouser complains on the internet and tries to trash whoever he was working for.

There is a truth that I did not unfortunately learn early enough in my career, don't work for people that you don't want to work for. You do have a choice, if you don't want to work there, then don't work there.

Re: Rumour: Sonic Frontiers Will Reportedly Target 30fps On Switch

Danrenfroe2016

@Primarina I can notice it on racing games and certain games that have fast moving scenery, I cannot play the downhill bicycle racing game, it's name escapes me at the moment, and other games on my 92" screen because the frame rate is about 30 frames per second. It literally is horrible to look at, other 30 frames per second games don't bother me at all as long as everything is not moving too fast or if it has some sort of motion blur built in similar to the way doom and doom eternal work.

@Nintendo4Sonic it's really sad. All the power and GPU speed of the next gen consoles is wasted on meaningless additional triangles, cloth physics, and pushing normal mapping to the brink.

I played the Demo for about 2 min of the RE village cloud Sunday afternoon. I was disappointed, in the crypt? Where the demo starts there is ridiculous detail in the walls and all sorts of stuff, but it really doesn't add to anything, I had the same feeling whenever I was watching my friend play her PS5 on a 4K TV with a call of duty game, ridiculous amounts of detail and such when you look at the walls real close and all these type things, but it really doesn't add anything I just think it's so disappointing that they are wasting so much effort and talent on these crazy levels of detail that really don't have any bearing on the game itself. That's why I say that all the games next generation games of today are unoptimized. It's just a waste...

Re: Switch Online Versions Of Pokémon Stadium 1 & 2 Won't Support Transfers

Danrenfroe2016

Nintendo NEVER goes the extra mile these days.

Look at ACNH. Sold way more than they expected. And they shrugged it off and said, so what...

SMO: added hide and seek, but no real new content.

switch online: they don't implement the most basic QOL improvements that other emulators have had for years...

Splatoon 3: no dedicated servers! Still p to p. That's bad. They will have more cheating problems just like in Mario kart online...

N64 online: again crappy netcode, lag, very inconsistent with what textures they have replaced.

And the icing on the cake: crappy Analog sticks in the Joy-cons! They refuse to fix this issue! They see it as a way to make more money.

I like Nintendo switch but they are half assing a lot of things.

Re: 'The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom' Launches In May 2023

Danrenfroe2016

@Crono1973 yeah it makes sense though that they would release them prior to it because there's going to be lots of Zelda fervor going on and people with download it and pay extra money for it.

On the other hand I just said something that would actually make sense and Nintendo is not known for doing things that make sense... 🧐🧐🧐

Re: Random: Fast RMX Dev Shin'en Multimedia Would Love A "New" Wave Race Game On Switch

Danrenfroe2016

@YoshiF2 I am confused how you say that the GameCube game has is better quality than fast rmx racing? The scope is much different, the GameCube game was a bigger game, but I don't see how you can say that fast rmx racing is not on par with it quality-wise, I feel like fast rmx racing is higher quality in my opinion it's amazing what they have done with the controls and graphics and sound and everything about fast rmx racing, it's one of the best games on the switch in my opinion. And they do it without taking up gobs and gobs of storage space.
